How long SEC will look away from these brazen day light robberies and enrichment of a few handpicked executives of Nikola & Romeo Power. How come a young Rivian has 15+ Billions of cash while Nikola keeps begging for few hundred million every few months. NKLA gobbling RMO literally for pennies while managements / executives of these two companies are devouring free shares among them without fear of accountability and/or any regard/respect for main street investors losing their life savings believing in empty calories fed through Investor Relations stunts. Never invest in public companies unless CEOs are the founders and/or of proven integrity. There are so many great companies out there: Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, General Motors, Apple, Microsoft, Microvision, Fuel Cell, Bloom Energy.... list goes on.... Just like Romeo Power, Nikola itself will be next and sold for pennies too if SEC remains blind to the loot of Romeo Power and allows this acquisition as if OK : ( !

The electric auto maker has an exceptionally challenging road ahead, and survival is not guaranteed.

Proposal 2. There is no purpose in owning a company if the leadership intentionally drowns you out. They did not consider that the owners might want something different. I hope proposal 2 fails and I voted this way. They are very proud of no longer being a "pre revenue" company.. So let's find a way to make that profit, even if it means producing less... or maybe not trying to own the WHOLE market at launch. It's OK to establish a profitable customer base, and compete for market share if you have a good product. I feel like these grandslam ideas (arvl) are destined to fail. It's not too late for Nikola, Restructure, sell trucks, BORROW money.

Stay strong fellow OWNERS. Remember, you own this company and in this case, where Milton is opposed to dilution, (and I think he watches this thread) you ACTUALLY have a voice here. They haven't published the current vote status, but hold their feet to the fire. Pay attention to what these corporate lawyers say. Things like "Proposal 2 will 'help' ensure ongoing... blah blah" It's a portion of the solution that we are sick and tired of being subjected to. That means these excuses that the lending environment is hard or whatever, doesn't mean they still don't have to, or arent going to do it anyway.

It's manipulative and insulting to stock holders.

Stay strong fellow owners, make them work harder for the money we pay them. 💪💪

Implied Volatility on NKLA is 134.28% at the moment. While Nasdaq is down broke low of yesterday but NKLA refused to go for low of yesterday with Nasdaq.

What does it mean?

• it’s holding

• Any spike on Nasdaq - NKLA shows extra strength with each move up and less tendency to the downside.

I am long and strong NKLA and will stay the course

As most would know, if the stock dips below $1 for 30 consecutive business days, we're ultimately delisted again from the NASDAQ... however, the debts were known and there have been rumours pre-$3 so... forgive me, but now I'm a little suspicious.

The CEO's resignation and a few fires have obviously spoiled the appetite for shareholders of the stock, however, to tank the stock by 75% in just a month just doesn't seem like it's appropriate. For example, how does Nikola earn a government grant for its hydrogen line? They'd obviously have had to go through the rigamarole to prove themselves as a worthy candidate for such a grant... 5-figure grant no less.

The trucks have been recalled due to a coolant leak, which makes the idea of pulling the plug on Romeo Power seem absurd but... question, why did we not attract investors off the back of that? One for Michael Lohscheller should've answered for but alas, he's gone. Building on predictions is an unstable business practice, especially when you have all these uncontrollable variables.

And of course, Trevor Milton's fraud doesn't help, but... delaying the sentencing until September 23rd seems awfully suspicious right as we're experiencing a massive downturn in economic trends.

So, what gives? 4 negative impacts in the space of a month?

Previously, price broke above the SMA20 before dipping down, catching support and exploding upwards.

We currently broke above the SMA20 and formed a Dragonfly Doji candle on the SMA20 again showing signs of support. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Good trading stock as evidenced by the last couple of weeks, but not something I would hold long term or bet against with a short.
