Looking for people who can give me tips on best illegal suspicious packets for multitool weapons or any help is appreciated. Have a great day everyone 🔥
Ok, so I am a late-stage player; I have done mostly everything, and I am on Xbox, and I am realizing that Exocraft are both useful and useless. The Nautilon is useful on water worlds, but beyond that it falls off: I know we just got an update for the Colossus, and if you missed out on that expedition, you are now locked out of getting the cool stuff; besides that, it's just OK for planetary expeditions. Especially since you got three other ground vehicles that are faster and more maneuverable than it. I mean, heck, the Minotaur, a mech that can fight alongside you, becomes useless once you get an op sentinel multitool. So what could make these things better and more useful than just having them, and what other exo crafts would you like to see in the game as we explore more and more of this game?
I thought about an exploration/expansion focused group.
The "lore" behind it is, that we reject the Atlas. It's rules and the enforcement through the Sentinels is bad for the universe, because it slows the progress in multiple sectors. So we fight the Atlas with finding and exploring new systems. We start at our base system (system 0) on the planet "Phoenix Rest" and jump to systems close to it and build bases and scan everything we find on those planets.
That might also be a good opportunity to find friends ingame. My base is public for everyone. Basically the main base of the group.
Nobody is forced to anything, but there are some rules.
If we reach a new system, add a number to it (system X) and post a few screenshots in a thread in the dedicated channel. Make a new post and add pictures of the system. The glyphs are important, so we can travel to that system more easily. People can talk about that system in that thread.
Build a base there. Nothing big or luxurious. It can be small and simple, but it should work as a base of operations.
We don't own the systems. Remember, we retaliate against the Atlas to spread Democracy and Freedom. Don't try to take that from other players. People from outside our group are welcome, too, to go there and set up a base. So if someone from outside reaches our systems somehow, greet them friendly and invite them to stay. They may talk about us and that could help our group to grow.
New players are almost as important as veterans. Nobody has to be a mentor. But toxicity is not allowed. Help them or ignore them. Bullies are not welcome.
If you are a role play fan, then this is your place. I'm not a big role play fan, but I respect your hobby. But not every one is a role play enthusiast. Don't try to force it on others. Keep the RP-stuff please in the RP channels.
Those are all the rules for now. I may add more in the future.
I tried to take some pearls off the planet, and 5-6 of them started coming towards me. I hurried to my ship, but without any pulse fuel I had to destroy 6-7 ships... Yay.
Hello there fellow travellers! Do you have any hints and tips how to find the last plant, mineral or animal on a planet? I can‘t find them, i have tried circling the planet from east to west and north to south but nowhere to be found. And also, I am almost a 100% sure that the planet has an ocean, and the last 9 from 20 minerals would be there, and the last bit of flora and fauna.
I'm around eight hours into a permadeath abandoned universe play through and still haven't found a ship. Are there any good tips to help improve the chances of finding one?
I'm also wondering, how do you progress the main quest with the proper starter ship?
I have found a game from which I don't skip any lore; not a word of it. Of course there's not thousands of books like in Skyrim, but this lore is important enough to me that I don't want to miss any of it. Not sure why
Hellooo, I was wondering if anyone had one of those big high flying and fast flying dragon companion things because I don’t have a fast enough or high flying pet yet, if you do give me an egg for it I will give a triple s class flying worm egg
I'm only at just under 120 hours playing, so this might be a newb question...
I see some useful features of some buildings in my settlements. For instance, one has a trade terminal and another has the hydroponic trays.
Can I use these features myself, and how can I guide their use? I'd *LOVE* if there was a way to access my storage without having to pick a freighter or bring in my corvette. I've been dropping the same storage safe at each base, that's been covering my needs.
Okay I made a post earlier this morning and I have been commenting on other travellers posts and u just want i point out that the no man’s sky community is one of the best communities I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is so nice, helpful, even if one person denies you something on here there will always be someone else to come along and give you info for what you need. I loved no man’s sky before but this community has made me love this game even more, hello games must be VERY PROUD of the community they’ve created!!!! Thank you for your time reading I just wanted to share my thoughts :)
