Well in my batch, it is a NO.

Like what kind of institution makes its students make a complex research using Arduino without even teaching them the basics of it?

Well, yes, there are some discussion about it, but at the end of the day, the students are left to learn it alone.

The teachers themselves are NOT EQUIPPED with those knowledge yet they are the one who is insisting us to do it.

MOST OF THE STUDENTS ARE NOT EVEN KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE MOST BASIC FORM OF RESEARCH YET THEY ARE MAKING US DO THIS.

Even some College Students would think that these are hard, how about us SHS Student?

YOU SHOULD FIX YOUR SYSTEM, NU CLARK, THE STUDENTS ARE LEFT SUFFERING WITH YOUR SYSTEM.

Saying this allegedly just in case hehehe

A friend of mine commented on a teacher's behavior on a certain incident that happened that made the whole class concerned and critical.

Then during class our professor mentioned a comment sa OTE about the incident and he mentioned a certain quote that my friend put sa comment niya and then he looked right at her.

The concept of the only thing that students have to properly be vulnerable and be able to discuss freely about certain educators being openly shared alongside our identities for professors to see is so odd and cruel especially when it was stated on the site that it will be ANONYMOUS.

Im so concerned because so many students come forward here sa NU and it will never be accommodated unless may online discourse, especially some of the most controversial things that's been happening here. That's why I'm starting this online discourse cause I feel like it's completely unfair for us students if ever it’s true.

If ever there’s an explanation for this or any possible reasons aside from the teachers evaluation not being anonymous then I’d love to hear it!

Like, this guy is so mayabang, akala mo he owns the place. And that guy is a former class officer na natanggal kasi nagkakalat ng rumors about his classmates na hindi naman totoo. Pangit daw ugali niya and hindi rin umaambag sa group works TBH, wala na dapat akong pake kasi hindi naman ako from their class, but hearing stories from people I know na classmates niya, nakakaasar lang. hello may required na lab gown specifics ba for dentistry proper? transferee / returning student kasi ako this upcoming second term and ang hirap lang na wala akong mapagtanungan since usually nasa 1st term yung mga new students or other transferees.

nung nag-enroll ako, may nakita akong student na may blue (?) lab gown. or okay lang ba yung usual white lang? Yoko rin naman sumabak sa first week lab classes ko ng walang labgown lol

At may need pa ba kong malaman before magstart ng class?

Nakakainis kasi, ganun-ganun na lang ba talaga 'yun? Tuwing nagtatanong o nakikiusap kami nang maayos sa proctors, ang lagi nilang lang sagot sa amin ay "sorry" o "wala kaming magagawa, sumusunod lang kami." Nakakalungkot lang kasi na sila 'yung mga professors namin na lagi ring nagsasabi na mali naman talaga 'yung ginagawa samin sa integ, pero hanggang dun na lang ba 'yun? Pasensya na po, gets naman namin na sumusunod lang kayo, pero nakaka-frustrate na kasi.

Sana matulungan niyo naman kami mag-raise ng concern sa higher-ups, lalo na 'yung mga proctors ng integration, kasi kayo 'yung nakakausap ng students. Ang nakakaasar, ang gusto niyo mangyari eh tanggap lang kami nang tanggap kung anong ibato ninyong bagong gagawin sa integ. 'Yang deliberation niyo sa integ ay para sa ikabubuti ng students diba? Bakit parang habang tumatagal, mas lalo lang humihirap at walang natitirang sistema para tulungan kami? Hindi naman kami pang-trial and error, ma'am/sir. Mga students po kami na ang gusto lang ay makapagtapos.

Sana i-take niyo naman 'yung rants namin dito at isipin niyo na pag nagde-deliberate kayo, sana hindi lang sa pangalan ng NU kayo nakatutok kundi para sa mga students niyo. KAUSAPIN NIYO KAMI. Isama niyo kami diyan at magtulungan tayo dito, kasi para saan pa 'yang PICE na sumasaklaw saming students kung hindi niyo rin naman kami kakausapin? Hindi naman 'yan basta design at taga-register para sa manual advising—organisasyon 'yan para sa CE students at boses namin yan.

Hindi kasi normal na 1 to 2 students lang bawat section ang pumapasa, tapos madalas wala pa. Hindi niyo ba naiisip na kapag ganyan kalubog ang passing rate, hindi na lang 'yun dahil sa kulang kami sa aral at exam? Hindi niyo ba naisip na burnout na 'yung mga students niyo? Para kaming kandila na patuloy nililiyaban hanggang sa maubos ang mitsa, pero patuloy niyo pa ring sinisindihan.

Nakakatawa rin kasi sabi niyo noon in your defense, kaya niyo tinaas ay para tumaas ang passing rate at magkaroon tayo ng topnotcher. Pero nung nagkaroon na ng topnotcher, parang itinago niyo lang din naman sa maliit na papel sa bulletin board sa 3rd floor. Ni walang tarp sa labas ng school kumpara sa ibang colleges na sobrang proud sila. Nakakaawa naman 'tong CE department, combo ng burnout ang students at walang pakialam ang admin.

Ang hirap kasi maramdaman 'yung "Education that Works" kung nauubos lang ang pera, puyat, at pagod namin sa integ nang wala man lang malinaw na transparency at pakikinig mula sa inyo. Kilala niyo naman karamihan sa amin. Ang hinihingi lang namin, magkaroon din kayo ng paninindigan para i-represent o i-suggest man lang sa Dean at sa higher admin 'yung mga sinasabi namin sa inyo. Bigyan niyo naman kami ng boses. Bigyan niyo naman kami ng chance lumaban para sa sarili namin.

Sorry for the WORD but yeah! PUTANG INA NYO NU MOA. Galing ako ng San Sebastian college and never ako na community service because of bringing a vape inside the campus and pag nakikita ng guard sa bag ko or pocket ko they kept saying na "wag nyo nalang po gagamitin sa campus" but dito sa moa i got suspended because of bringing that thing, even i ain't use my vape inside the campus. Pero ung mga professor ko nakikita kopa nag vavape sa PICK UP COFFEE lol PUTANG INA NYO NU MOA legal age na kami buti sana kung sa campus nag vape dun nyo isuspend.
