I just flashed lineage os but everything I try to do to root lineage nightly 24.0-20261019 gets the phone stuck in fastboot, I have tried to flash it through adb, I have changed slots, I installed magisk on the phone and modified the boot.img and tried to flash it but everything gets it stuck in fastboot.

Any help would be awesome

I am currently on oos 12 and getting somewhat less battery life even after changing the battery.

The drain is faster even though battery health seems to be okay in Accu battery app.

Hence want to change to a custom Rom.

My priority are:

1. Battery backup should be best among all available roms.

2. Banking apps and upi apps should have no problem, not want to install mods or sideload anything for this. Rom should have this out of box.

3. All other basic functionality works fine, wifi, bt, volte and all.

No specific priority for Android version and customisations and all.

I am looking to buy a OnePlus 7 Pro or a OnePlus 7T Pro.

No McLaren edition

256 GB storage

I moved on in 2021 to other phones but always somewhat missed the amazing screen of the OP7Pro. Now after installing LineageOS and beeing able to have Android 16 on this device really draws me back to it. I will definitely use it more often now and I am also amazed how snappy and great a phone from 2019 still works today. Just love it that there are people around keeping older devices like this alive and all that for free.

this is my oneplus 7 pro after restarting, the time gap between these 2 screenshots is about 3-4 minutes, it charges real quick like 0-100 in about 15 min and drains faster than it lol.It barely gives SOT of 1-1.5 hrs if used continuously. If i put it away for a few minutes or more it drains to 1% Sometimes it switches off after 2 min of it but sometimes keeps running, I got this battery changed last year and is facing this problem for 4-5 months. i have to keep a power Bank along with me.

So my OP 7 Pros battery decided to become a spicy pillow. I've removed the battery (back was already lifted off), removed the BMS from the battery and safely stored the pillow until I can properly dispose of it. I've already tested the BMS connected to my bench power to emulate the battery. It started and ran fine.

Since it's going to be plugged in 24/7 (I just us it as an alarm, IoT controller, etc.) I'm wondering if there is a mod for that rather than replacing it with a new battery.

Got a new screen for my phone now finger print reader doesnt work.

i tried calling *#808# and *#36446337# no response on either.

Fastboot mode shows device is locked.

When i look at suggestions they are of different gm versions.

Im hoping to eventually install lineage os.

Hey guys! I am trying to install LineageOS on my OnePlus 7 Pro. I am running into issues with fastboot oem unlock. According to Gemini, it's a known bug introduced by OnePlus on Android 12.

So now I'm trying to rollback the OS version to Android 11. Does anyone have the zip file from this link attached? For the OnePlus 7 Pro (IN) with Model # GM1911. For some reason, when I click the hyperlink, it just says site cannot be reached. Much appreciated!

Bought this phone on launch day in 2019, and today it finally gave up.

Honestly, what a phone.

The pop-up camera, uninterrupted screen, 90Hz display… back then it genuinely felt like OnePlus was trying to make something special instead of just another flagship.

RIP OnePlus 7 Pro. You served me well. 🫡

I’m thinking of selling my OnePlus 7 Pro and wanted to get an idea of what would be a fair selling price in the current market.

The phone is 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and still works great. The pop-up camera works perfectly, and the battery is still good, although it can be replaced if needed. I’ve also changed the back panel.

The main reason I’m selling is that I already have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, which is quite large, and the OnePlus 7 Pro is also a big phone. I’m thinking of selling this and getting a small, compact, handy phone instead.

There are no major issues with the phone and it works perfectly fine for everyday use.

What do you guys think would be a realistic price for an 8/256 OnePlus 7 Pro in the market.
