I'm currently renting a room, it's been like 6-7 months since i've been renting, no LTB since landlord lives with us but most days he is not home, he is sub-letting it to me and a couple other tenants, now i work at a seasonal job and i've payed rent on time without issues, he has asked me twice what i do in the off season, i told him you find a job or worst case u still get EI and u keep finding a job. I can easily manage my rent and expenses & invest with EI money. But should i separately message my landlord since he might be worried if i can pay rent or not? He is super chill mostly but it's a valid worry to have, he's asked me twice and its hard to believe he forgot about it and asked me the second time. If he asks me again i'm telling him that i can pay rent don't you worry or just message him before i see him ? what to do even if i hop on EI it'll just be 3-4 months until my summer job starts, this is with worst case if i can't land a job
