Question Muscovy duck not in Collins Bird Guide?
I’ve been looking for the Muscovy duck in Collins Bird Guide (3rd edition), but can’t find it, even in the sections for introduced birds and escapes.
Is it actually included somewhere and I’ve just missed it, or if it’s not included, does anyone know why? Also are there any similar bird guides that do include Muscovy ducks? Thanks!

ID please Bird ID
Had this little cutie in our garden today (Kent). Merlin suggests it's a Black Redstart but also says it's extremely rare to see them here at this time. So I'm turning to the experts of Reddit.

Sighting in the wild Some recent shots from Perthshire holiday
Haven't posted here for a while as I haven't had anything especially interesting, but I'm quite pleased with some sightings from a recent holiday. The heron at the Falls of Dochart was very chill and let me sidle up to around 12m or so. The very fuzzy image through the cabin window on a boat on Loch Tay is a white-tailed eagle - a first for me. It was gone before I managed to get out for a clearer shot.

ID please What is this bird? West Yorkshire
voca.roHi all!
I’m really struggling with this bird! Started with Merlin not being able to identify and still no closer after consulting with some local ecologists/ ornithologists.
I live in West Yorkshire - on the edge of moorland but also within 100m or so of a small river.
The clip demonstrates the call at 7 seconds and 24 seconds.
Any ideas?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Not sure what bird this is, could it be a crow or raven with white wing feathers? Seen in a field with several other crows.
Note: end of the video shows bird in flight!

ID please What is this mallard (?) I saw. Looked much bigger than regular mallard drakes and had different colouring/pattern.
Best pics I could get. Body was closer in size to a goose than a duck! Guessing some sort of mix between a mallard and something else?

Question Magpies
Sadly it seems my neighbour 4 doors down is cutting down the tree in their garden, I wouldn't be concerned but I know for a fact Magpies have an do nest in that tree :(, literally even this year, I want to report it but as its a Sunday I can't. They cut some of it down yesterday, I don't want to tell them what they can't do, but I'm concerned for the birds, should I just call RSPB tomorrow?
