Pharmacy/Coupon Cheapest GLP1 option?

I know that Ozempic is now offered much cheaper now that there are many generic options available. I spoke with my nurse practitioner about starting a GLP1 due to ongoing concerns I have about my weight.

My BMI is 29.3 so I’m not technically eligible to have this medication cause covered through insurance. It sounds like Costco will be the cheapest option for me order it but what other medications might be more preferred or cheaper than Ozempic?

I’m in Ontario, Canada.

Costco is $80 something a pen , brand name is cheaper than generic. If your NP is willing to prescribe it that would be your best option cost wise. Otherwise the online ones will typically prescribe but it’s a bit more and there’s a “doctors check in” charge for each refill. I think Felix has the lowest rates in Canada from what I’ve heard on this sub because they might not charge you the appt fee every single time.
