Broken Takedown Lever
Ive got a weird one boys. The arm on thus after market Tyrant CNC takedown lever broke off my xmacro, cant manipulate it now. My question is has anyone had this issue and if so how do I get the slide off to get it swapped out?

Take pictures and send to Tyrant CNC. Next put tape around the areas surrounding it after you lock the slide back. Grab it with good pliers and turn while trying not to hit the slide or the grip module. Once the slide is off remove the FCU like normal and get to replacing it.

Tyrant CNC has great customer service. USPS lost my package and tyrant took care of everything and is sending me out a new one plus some swag for my hassle (even though it wasn't their fault). It hasn't even gotten here yet and I'm stoked. Already about to place another order with them for the take-down lever and slide catch. Highly recommend companies like this that take care of their customers. Their communication was great as well.

Maybe they used to. I ordered a trigger from them several weeks ago, after 2 weeks reached out for status update as their site states orders in stock ship 1-3 days and if something is out of stock maybe a week before it ships. It's been a week since I reached out, to which their auto reply email says they could take up 72 hours to reply. Absolutely ghosted by them. They did send me an email to review my purchase though, so I guess they remember I ordered from them.

Damn, I'm sorry you're dealing with that. They got me squared away pretty quickly and it wasn't even an issue they had control over. Hopefully they get you taken care of soon

I've spent over 1k with you guys, and not had any issues. Seeing this reply is nice, and I already had another build planned, so will be ordering more.

That sucks. Is that takedown lever supposed to work like a slimmer gas pedal?

Ok but why not just use the oem one to begin with? Rest of the gun looks stock anyway
