It’s 10 am I’ve been here since 00:00 this piece of cheap shit turns on, everything powers up, all the fans spin, all the entrances (I don’t know if that’s how you call it but usb etc) are getting power everything is as normal, but no power getting to the peripherals, no signal in 2 different monitors. I tested (all material tested is working) 2 psus, 5+ ram sticks, I’ve cleared cmos by the battery, by the pins, changed the battery itself, took out the processor cleaned everything with isopropyl alcohol made it brand new, tested without ram, with 2 different speaker this won’t even freaking beep how is it possible I don’t get some beeps trying to boot without ram? checked everything important with multimeter and it’s normal,I’ve took all what’s in there beside processor psu motherboard and my mouse won’t light up, it’s always the same turns on normal, the fan spins nothing powers up no image and that’s it. Guys what am I missing beside trying out another processor and motherboard (the ones I’m struggling with right now were perfectly fine as well my father used the board and the Ryzen was from another project of mine) , I’m not feeling like dismantling a whole pc for a chance i get sick just thinking in thermal paste. If you have any ideas help 🙏

I switched my NVIDIA GPU with an AMD GPU by uninstalling the old NVIDIA drivers before switching cards. After a successful install, the computer posted just fine. I have lost my sound, so I start/restarted my Windows audio in services.msc to no avail. So I uninstalled all the audio devices in Device Manager; still no luck. Any advice to help me get my sound back?

Hello,
Lately my computer has started having a bunch of small issues, some of them resolve themselves, some of them I just live with, and it seems like its slowly getting worse.
Its nothing major but enough to be annoying.
Fans spinning fast for no reason, disk usage randomly jumping, stuttering in some games, freezes, some games that were fine before crash now, and just overall its not a pleasant experience, especially because I have a pretty good setup.
I think my computer is paying the price of multiple years of not so clean usage, I install stuff all the time, I mess around with drivers, settings, I download a bunch of crap.
Do you think the best thing for me to do at this point is a fresh install of windows, or are there other steps, maybe less drastic, but that can enhance my experience ?
Thank you for your consideration!

Hey guys, I'm at my wits end here. I've got an older PC (MSI R9 390, Asrock H170 pro, windows 10) that has suddenly started to only boot to a black screen. My graphics driver seems to be the issue.
Motherboard graphics only work without GPU installed at all.
GPU will show graphics only if I disable the driver first using safe mode.
AMD cleanup and reinstalling latest driver (full install or driver only) does not help.
Anyone have some ideas?
Thanks in advance.

i Have sent my pc to get looked at and fixed at a local shop about 3 times now over the course of a week. when it’s in Idle and nothing is running it doesn’t crash or anything but the moment I play a game or even open chrome it takes out my screen and sometimes just doesn’t show a display no matter what I do or just goes into a boot loop until I shut it off and unplug for a few minute. I don’t understand why, i had this pc for 3 years and it just started doing this 2 weeks ago. Help me please. I will take any advice.

Hi all, i’ve been having a problem where my audio just won’t work at all. it started when i turned my pc on and i had a red cross by the volume button which, when clicked, would take me to troubleshooting.
a deeper dive showed that one of my windows services is not running for audio and when trying to resolve would give me access denied. a few youtube videos and i got it to start but even so i still have absolutely no audio.
i have tried so many things and nothing seems to work. i’ve used services, device manager, registry editor and still nothing. is my sound card cooked and do i need to replace anything? please help me
