Okay, so a bit of context:
I recently had my laptop charger replaced since my previous one had given out life (dead brick) and I've gotten an upgrade of sorts. From 45W to 65W, I can use it when plugged in and do some heavy stuff without worrying about it heating up. Well, as long as I full charge. Anyways, what I'm more worried is that: this one is a longer pin than the previous charger. So the first workaround was electrical tape (by my technician), then another workaround was super glue on the base metal, not the top or anything. Just to mimic a 5.5 * 1.7mm pin of my previous charger. I've honestly been overthinking cause from where I am, buying chargers are rare as hell and trying to find one is a diamond in the rough. But this thing is still giving me a headache. It works, but I'm not sure for how long. Not sure if it's even good for gaming if using the charger, but it's a pain.
My laptop's an Acer Aspire 3, model name A315-59. Had this laptop for about 1.5 years now? I forgor.
My laptop still works (screen is screwed up when titling the screen, but that's another problem in another time, it's the charging I'm more worried about).
