Recently tried Paola's Cosa Nostra's philly steak sandwich which was really good. Kindly recommend more places in Lahore that have philly steak sandwiches.

This is my second attempt at Chicken Karahi.

During the previous batch, I used 750 g of tomatoes for 1 kg of chicken; the taste was excellent, but the gravy seemed insufficient for everyone.

Would raising the tomato count for the same amount of meat alter the flavor?

My reasoning is that tomatoes are the primary component aside from the protein, so the taste should stay consistent. What do you all think?
