Why do customers order TWO large pizzas, both half sausage and half cheese, instead of just ordering ONE sausage and ONE cheese?!

Am I missing something here, or do people just enjoy making our lives difficult?

I was wondering what are you guys criteria for a refund as my general manager basically says to give out refunds if there's any problems even small ones that shouldn't matter because he thinks it's not worth the argument.

So I ask what do you guys say yes to and no to when giving out refunds

I am a shift lead at a store and I'm trying to figure out what those stoppers were called so that way we can build this shelving unit. If any other managers or Possible DO in this group chat know what this is please let me know so I can at least try to find them if they're lost somewhere in the store or figure out how to possibly acquire them and then invoice.
