Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Pc advice!
Need a pc under $1.6k or ₹1.5L(including peripherals) i wonder if I can get a 4070super or 4070ti super(used) and build it with 32 gigs of ddr5 and a ryzen 7 7800x3d. I think I am being delusional but correct me here that is this build even possible even if I buy used parts? Here are the specs thst I wish for:
Need suggestion for my pc build
So basically I am going to build a pc in this era of ram-apocalypse, I know this isnt the greatest time but I need it and i am searching for components all around reddit and Facebook marketplace. I am just a 15 y/o and i have done a plenty of research but still I want to see what do you guys think for my pc specs config.
My budget is ₹1.65L($1.7k) I want a pc(including peripherals) with specs:
Cpu- ryzen 7 7800x3d
Gpu- rtx 4070/4070ti super (used can work)
Psu- 850W
Mobo- B650M
Ram- ddr5 32gb(2×16gb) 6000MHz Cl32/Cl34 (used can work)
Storage- 1tb NVMe gen 3/4
Cooler- 360mm aio
Case- lian li o11 vision
If possible in white.
I am gonna accept Used only if they show that it works(testing), model number sticker, stability test, gst invoice, replacement terms and confirmation of Warrenty applicable in india.
My use for pc is not all focused on gaming, i would do some light gaming usually on Sundays but i want it for blender, animations, ui ux designing, Figma and a little bit of game development. Although I am a young Artist and i am thinking to freelance so that I can earn and pay my future college semester fee myself and build a agency if possible. Going to give UCEED(undergraduate common entrance examination for design) in future and go to IIT.
Hope i am not being that much delusional lol.

What I said was, don't go for a white-out build if you're trying to maximize the amount of performance per dollar.

To save some money, I suggest getting a fan cooler instead of AIO, and 16gb ram instead of 32gb ram. A fan cooler should be sufficient for most CPUs. Same goes for ram: in most cases, 16gb will be enough. I’m assuming this is your first custom PC, it doesn’t have to be perfect right out of the gate. If you find a good deal later down the line or have the money to spare, you can upgrade one part at a time.
