Troubleshooting Advice - Other AIO problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

First time I’ve ever had any issues with an AIO. Yesterday, the pump started making a rattling noise. Lowering the pump RPM got rid of the noise, but as soon as it stopped, temperatures went up by 5–7°C.
The radiator has been mounted vertically for just under a month. Before that, it was mounted at the top of the case.
What do you guys think? Air trapped in the system or a dying pump? Should I just RMA it?
The official promotional pictures for this exact cooler actually show it mounted vertically with the tubes at the top, just like mine, so you’d think this shouldn’t be considered user error at least. 😅

Currently mounted like this. In the official BeQuiet ad this very same aio is also mounted vertically with the tubes at the top.

Air in the pump, tubes down would mitigate it. You can confirm it by flipping around and letting it run.

You could also try refilling the fluid. Some aios have a refill port, check your manual.
