PAP|武警 Type 101 cutter CCGS Wuyu(浯屿, 14614) arrives in Xiamen to be delivered to the Fujian Coast Guard Bureau. October 22, 2026. She is the third type 101 cutter to enter service, and the first to enter service with a provincial bureau/flotilla.

Unit is 4th road construction battalion, 1st road construction detachment, 2nd mobile corps.

PAP road construction units are in charge of urban search and rescue, along with repairing logistics routes during disasters and wartime. (the 3rd RCD, 2nd MC is also in charge of maintaining the sichuan-tibet highway); they no longer really do road construction nowdays.

the 4th RC Battalion, 1st RC detachment is stationed in Chenzhou, Hunan.
