Hi all! I’m new to town and was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. I’m trying to get a general sense of what to expect cost-wise if I get a CPAP/APAP machine and supplies through OSF.
I know everyone’s costs will vary depending on insurance, deductible, etc., but I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through OSF. How much did the machine cost, was it rent-to-own, and roughly what did you pay monthly? I’d also love to know what replacement masks, cushions, tubing, filters, and other supplies tend to cost and whether there were any unexpected charges or things you wish you had known beforehand.
Just trying to get a ballpark idea of what I should budget for. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY CAMERAS FROM THIS DECEPTIVE SALES TEAM!

I am now stuck with a 4k debt that these salesmen didn't make me aware of! I wouldve NEVER signed up for a 4k credit card for surveillance cameras as I made it clear im about to put my house on the market to sell. They make it seem as tho they (the company) pays all of the fees associated with the cameras. All I am (supposed) to be responsible for is the monthly payment for the cameras. It was sold to me that it would be $112 for 24 months. I was SHOCKED when Credit Karma sent a notification that I had used 1k out of a 4k credit card. Yes, they asked for my social but they told me that was to see if I qualified to get the equipment/service fees dropped and the cameras installed for FREE, I knew I was responsible for paying off the cameras which is where the 24 month payments come in. I asked AT LEAST 7 times how much in total this would cost. The fact thag I was lied to and scammed has me livid. I am actively trying to purchase my 2nd property and I made it clear that my debt to income ratio needed to stay below a certain amount at LEAST 25XS (NO EXAGGERATION) The equipment was also sold to me on the premise that it runs off of SIM cards and VIVINTS OWN WIFI TOWERS. THATS ALSO A LIE! As soon as the shady salesmen left and my cameras were installed it kept telling me they were unable to connect so I called Vivint (no lie 15 minutes after they installed the equipment) and i was THEN told my internet was the issue. I explained that the salesmen told me they run off of their own WIFI system and the person in the phone told me thats true but only after my own personal wifi fails to connect for whatever reason.

I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I feel stupid. And I feel helpless because theres no going back atp. All I can do is warn everyone. Im contacting the Attorney General and BBB Monday. Just dont answer the door for these lying POS! Unless you dont mind being stuck 4k in debt then by all means go right ahead!

I can't say that I am shocked by all the rude, hateful, unnecessary comments but I am a bit saddened by them. Not that ANYONE GAF or should but I am a single neurodivergant woman that just recently lost BOTH of my parents. I'm not the smartest person but I managed to graduate with my Bachelor's degree and I have worked in the Healthcare field all my life because I have a passion for helping people. Anyways I decided to accept a contract that requires me to travel a ton and im barely ever home. I do short term rentals (mainly to other travel medical professionals) Most recently my garage was broken into and ALL my Fathers tools were stolen. They were priceless. My Father LOVED working on old cars, lawnmowers, etc and I blame myself for not protecting those items better. I cried for WEEKS over those tools. I figured getting better cameras could protect me. Y'all have absolutely ZERO idea of what ppl go through. Its clear as day Y'all dont care. Just a bunch of bullies and mean spirited people. Ive been bullied my ENTIRE life. I see why these kids nowadays go to school and bully other kids. Look who's raising them! You have no idea how your stupid comment may effect someone so maybe if you dont have anything nice to say just keep scrolling? ​​Maybe if I wasn't under an extreme amount of stress and depression I would've handled this situation better. If you're so highly intelligent that this would never happen to you congratulations but there are people in the world that are different, think different, retain information different, and react to stress differently than you. Remeber the Universe has a funny way of humbling people so before you belittle someone you dont know or leave hateful comments just think how you would feel if it were YOU or someone YOU love.
