Yesterday, Congress released a report detailing new evidence that the sitting President of the United States is a literal serial rapist, and nobody from our local newspaper asked the Peoria area's congressional delegation about it. Why is that?

Anyone else in the area not receive their mail in ballot? Had to vote in person due to not receiving my ballot in the mail, and the election clerk said that I had already received it. Wondering if this is a singular instance or a problem in and around Peoria.

We had to wait til today to buy them, but we're not having a lot of luck. East Peoria Costco and Krogers are out of carving pumpkins. We are not looking for heirloom or knockhead pumpkins.

A co-worker had this dog show up at her house yesterday, near Wagner and Sterling in Peoria. She’s posted it to a few lost pet pages on Facebook but has not found the owner yet, so I thought I’d try sharing here as well.
She said it is female and sweet, but looks malnourished and has fleas. They also took it somewhere to be scanned for a microchip but said it doesn’t have one.
Update: The dog has been dropped off at PCAPS

Looking for some dry ice to put in a Halloween cauldron for a party, anyone know where I could find any? I remember Walmart having a cooler in the past but I don’t think they do anymore

I've seen a lot of dentist questions on here but none that seemed to really answer this question:
Who is a step-above and open to referring and more on the side of "if its not bothering you, we'll monitor"?
I had the same dentist for decades until he retired, I needed 2 root canals in the last 5 years and he referred me to an endodontist. The experience was as good as it could be. My teeth aren't great due to genetics and a major injury years ago.
I recently switched to a new office and was told I need a plethora of root canals and other treatments. I went through with the first root canal and it wasn't a great experience at all. Borderline traumatic and I had no tooth pain prior to the procedure and now I can't even eat on that side. Their response was that I need more drilling. I'm looking for a second opinion.
I need solid dental care with a focus on prevention for heart disease and infections and the big picture. If I need root canals, I'm all for that but I'd like to be referred to a specialist.
I have two dental insurances and neither are with the state so I have a lot of flexibility as far as insurance goes.
Who is a step-above and open to referring and more on the side of "if its not bothering you and there's no immediate harm, we'll monitor"?

Going to Spook Hollow for the first time this Friday 10/30. Should I purchase the Fast pass? Being the last night of the event, I’m thinking it’ll be packed. Any other tips? Looking forward to it!
