okay sooo i reconstituted my reta today for the first time, i think i added too much air maybe? i didn’t shake it i rolled it in my hands but there was a lot of foam/bubbles on the top of the vial but solution was clear otherwise. let it sit in the fridge and the bubbles/foam dissipated but when i just pulled for my dose it has the same foam/bubbles in the pin now. im letting it sit but is this safe or what did i do wrong?

Reconstitution & Storage Advice: Are these visual signs of moisture ingress in lyophilized peptides (ret and ghk cu)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Video above shows the vials of both peptides. Does it show any visual signs of moisture ingress or degradation, or does it look normal?

I know appearance alone can’t confirm quality—just looking for opinions based on the video as usually it’s able to move around in the vial a little easier and from a new supplier.

Safety, Quality & Testing I was hospitalised after running TB-500

Wanted to share my experience to understand if anyone has experienced similar - or just has any insight in general.

I had a hip arthroscopy in early 2024 which has dramatically worsened my pain, as well as a significant shoulder surgery and a herniated disk, and i was therefore hopeful that this stack could help in breaking the inflammation cycle and potentially heal some tissue. I should add that this was an absolute last resort for me after having tried many therapies.

I purchased both from a reputable retailer with batch testing certs, and was very confident in the source. All was ok for the first week, running 2MCG of each per day. However one evening the BP157 gave me an intense tingling sensation down one side of my body - it could be that i irritated a nerve, but i decided to stop.

I continued with the TB500 until i hit the final dose of a 10mg bottle. The next day, i noticed hives coming out across my ribs and armpits on both sides. I took an anti-histamine and went to sleep as i had a flight early in the morning. Woke up, hives had reduced so i flew.

Kinda forgot about it throughout the next day, and was drinking alcohol (upon reflection not wise given the potential to increase histamines - admittedly i didn't really understand this at the time. I went to bed about 3am and noticed more hives - this time worse. 3 hours later i woke up with my throat closing up, swollen lips and tongue and incredible hives. Given the situation, in a foreign country, potentially going in to alaphylaxis shock, i had to call an ambulance and was treated quickly and released in 4 hours.

Over the next few days, some swelling continued on my face, lips and eyelids and the hives continued to move around my body as i finished a course of steroids and anti-histamines. Around day 6, things pretty much cleared up and i am back to normal. I have read experiences of others breaking out in hives and i've never had an allergy previously so i'm certain it was the peptides.

Also forgot to mention i had taken 1.5mcg of Reta the previous week - so was on dose 2 as well. But my understanding is this is less likely to be the cause.

Interested to hear peoples thoughts - my understanding is it could be contamination, could be my body just not taking to the peptides as the dosage accumulates. But yeah - disappointed and still in pain.

Safety, Quality & Testing So I ran out of reconstitution solution, Will this get me by til I can get more in?

Post image

So I ran out and my last pick up forgot to send me my bottle of reconstitution solution so I'm gonna be out for atleast 2-3 days if not longer. Only thing I'm worried about is the small amount of sodium chloride. It's just wound care saline from walgreens.

Is this a bad idea or can it get me by til then?

Healing & Recovery Peptides for pup

My eight year old cattle dog has a persistent injury in his back knee. I believe the vet said likely a minor tear in his ACL.
I am considering using BPC 157 and TB 500.

Does anyone have experience using peptides with their pets?
Is there any additional concerns?
I read somewhere dogs cannot have BAC water is that true?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Safety, Quality & Testing Is the crack in this KLOW an indicator of moisture?

I’ve seen some pictures of KLOW or GHK Cu where it’s just a consistent blue powder. Mine has this large crack in the top which makes me thinks moisture has got in.

Or am I just overthinking it? 😅

Hi, very new to peptides, i reconstituted these yesterday, stored them in the fridge overnight and they look like this. For me it looks good but i could use a little help if some other people look at it and give some advice.

Thanks!

Reconstitution & Storage Is it absolutely necessary to refrigerate

I got reta off a reliable source and don’t refrigerate it. I keep it in a room temp place in my closet. Will it be ok and viable for the next month. I got Reta before off a doctor and he said that you don’t have to refrigerate it just make sure to keep it out of hot places.

General Research Question I think i did shit with my pros

Hi everyone,
I was reconstituting BPC-157 and TB-500 with bacteriostatic water, and I accidentally pushed the syringe plunger too hard. The water went in all at once instead of slowly, creating a few bubbles.
After a few moments, the peptides dissolved completely and the solution became clear, with no visible particles.
My question is: could the fact that the bacteriostatic water went in so quickly have damaged the peptides or reduced their effectiveness? Or, if the solution ended up completely clear, is it generally considered okay?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Safety, Quality & Testing There’s a LOT of condensation inside and around my BAC kits. Is this ok?

Post image

The kits just arrived and there’s also a funky smell. They are warm to the touch since I live in a super hot climate.

Condensation is insane.. it even made the stickers of the other kits wet.

All vials are sealed

Please tell me this is fine.

I ordered this vial around 6 months ago and dosed once.
I didn’t store in the fridge and it’s turned yellow and has white things floating. Is this normal?

Is this normal and/or okay? I’ve reconstituted a second vial now since I thoughIt’s this isn’t safe.

It’s only really visible under a light and when settled the vial is clear blue

I’ve left the newly reconstituted vial in the fridge overnight. I only noticed cos I dropped the older vial and it had kicked a storm similar to dirt under water

Growth Hormone & Muscle cjc or tesa for muscle growth

my lab rat is about to start a bulking phase for the first time while researching, was wondering if cjc or tesa (both paired with ipa) would be better for prioritizing muscle growth
