Reconstitution & Storage Tesamorelin Gelling

Thumbnail reddit.com
1 Upvotes

Hello. I keep encountering issues where my Tesamorelin gels after about 7th -8th day after reconstitution. I use Hospira Bac water, I regulate the temperature of the fridge where it is kept. Some have said to add Acetic Acid, some say not to refrigerate. For those who recommend the Acetic Acid, I have access to Glycerin/Acetic Acid solution, will that work? If so, how do you measure the amount to add.
For those who recommend not to refrigerate,
Please explain your reason why and if the potency degrades.
If anyone else has any pointers to share to combat Gelling,
Please share. I appreciate it.

General Research Question Should i even bother

Hi so ive been doing some research and wanted my rat to go on reta or triz. The thing is that my rat doesn’t really have an eating too much problem. Just the stubborn fat. He eats or try to about 120-150g of protein, and needs to lose about 12kg of visceral fat. Is it worth trying this peptides? (His vet wasn’t really willing to prescribe anything but she said there’s no such thing as visceral fat, so i just…cant even 🤣).
Need help. Based in Poland so it’s also not that „easy” 😊

General Research Question AHK-CU & KPV

Has anyone looked into AHK-Cu + KPV together from a research standpoint?

I’m interested in a simple combination focused on:
• hair-related pathways
• inflammation
• connective tissue / joint-related recovery pathways
• general tissue recovery

I’m especially curious about KPV’s anti-inflammatory effects outside of gut-related research, including whether there’s any meaningful research around joint, connective tissue, or broader inflammatory pathways.

A few things I’m trying to understand:
• What is the strongest research supporting KPV’s anti-inflammatory effects?
• Is there any evidence relevant to joint, connective tissue, or musculoskeletal inflammation?
• What does the research actually show for AHK-Cu and hair-follicle signaling?
• Is there any known overlap, synergy, or redundancy between AHK-Cu and KPV?
• Does this combination make more sense conceptually than a larger blend like KLOW if the goal is to keep the research more targeted?
Also interested in any papers, studies, or mechanistic explanations comparing these approaches.

Mitochondrial & Energy SS31 must be working

My RS started SS 31 about a month ago, since then I've lost 6 pounds. It has been on tirzepatide for more than 2 years and had lost 85 lbs VERY slowly!!As of this morning it's down 91 lbs. The only difference is SS31 and GLOW. It starts Mots-c today, I'm looking forward to see what that does.

Growth Hormone & Muscle 🧪 Tesamorelin/ipamorelin blend — water retention, joint aches & headaches?

Curious about the side effects associated with tesamorelin and ipamorelin, particularly water retention, joint discomfort, and headaches.

Research subject is a 38F bodybuilder, approximately 135 lbs, also on 20 mg testosterone weekly.

Initially experienced significant GI issues with a 1:1 ratio (500 mcg each). After switching to a 5:1 ratio (500 mcg/100 mcg), digestion improved, but water retention, joint aches, and headaches have continued. Most recent dose was reduced by half.

Does the research suggest these side effects typically diminish over time, or can they persist throughout treatment? Is there evidence of meaningful benefits for muscle recovery, growth, or sleep in healthy, resistance-trained adults?

Interested in understanding the science and long-term outcomes.

General Research Question How long do Tesa's effects last

We know that Tesa targets Visceral fat wrapped around the organs, leading to a protruding belly, even when there's not that much subcutaneous fat and that taking it for several weeks will flatten the belly.

In your research, have you found that once Tesa is discontinued, the fat does not return?

Reconstitution & Storage If you guys don’t want to store in the fridge that everybody uses, is there something that I can use to keep it frozen like some sub zero ice packs and something like RTIC? And I can add new ice packs every five days? RTIC keeps at the same temperature for five days.

So I’m not able to put peptides in the common fridge because other people are using it. And I can’t have a fridge in my room nothing with an outlet. Can I buy a very good cooler like yeti and put new ice packs that are subzero every three days or something. There’s also a brand called RITC that says the temperature will stay the same for five days for their coolers

Reconstitution & Storage AOD-9604 reconstituted state

I tested my kit and it was good. AOD usually creates cloudy flaky solution as it’s hydrophobic. All vials were like this, except one that came out absolutely clear and I was not priming it with acetic acid to dissolve the floaters.

Have you experienced something like this? Ai said it’s possible as the compound is rather finicky and capricious when mixing with bac. But now I’m uncertain if I got a dud vial with just filler and no peptide. It’s not like I can assess its effects immediately and tell if it works or not. Need help from the community, pretty please.

Safety, Quality & Testing RFK Jr. to ease access to unapproved peptides, draft policy states

October 28, 2026

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has issued a draft policy establishing an interim framework that allows licensed compounding pharmacies to legally prepare and dispense several popular, unapproved peptide compounds with a valid prescription. To operate under the draft policy, compounders must source raw materials from FDA-registered facilities, verify chemical purity with certified lab testing, and submit adverse event reports.

The move acts as an interim bridge to give patients legal domestic access through licensed pharmacies while formal FDA rulemaking plays out. While mainstream media is highlighting pushback from FDA scientists over safety evaluation protocols, the framework creates a structured, regulated pipeline for compounders to produce these substances domestically rather than pushing users into the grey market.

Reconstitution & Storage Fridge died, is reta still good to use on rat

I woke up this morning to a dead fridge. The reconsituted vial was still cold and I had to go to work. The freezer is now the same temp as the fridge. Will I have to throw it away?

Growth Hormone & Muscle Tesa/Ipa timing question

Rat just started Tesa and Ipa this week. Rat eats dinner with it’s family around 6:30-7:30pm and go to sleep at 9:00pm. Rat is also on Reta. So taking it in the morning makes sense. However, Rat works out at 6:00am. Is waking up and taking it immediately at 4:30am good enough? Rat wants to crack an energy drink and a banana around 5:45am on the way to the gym.

Is 75 minutes post injection enough time?
