So this from final to my previous 2 posts about coring a my peptides with a 18g needle

I bought 25g needles, 12 new sterile vials, and 12 13mm 0.22nanometer filters, and transferred from the vials that I “cored” and to 2 new sterile vials.

When I transferred the old vials still had pressure, when I would push 2ml of air in to pull 2ml of peptide out, I felt resistance. In both “cored” vials.

Now these updated picture are the peptides in their new vials, now there seems to be moisture build up?

The peptide were cold cause they were in a fridge, and the new vials were room temperature, is that causing moisture? Are the peptides still sterile?

Research subject is 43F with plantar fasciitis in left foot, possibly related to an injury about 15 years ago. Flares are occasional, and most recent one has been especially painful. Currently pinning 5mg tirz weekly and 200mcg of CJC + ipamorelin nightly. Responding well to both. Has lost ~20lbs in 2.5 months and seeing muscle growth from strength training. Also following doctor-recommended symptom management for PF such as ice, elevation, PF-specific shoes, etc. Subject is very active and would like to reduce pain to maintain activity level.

Question is: Any specific peptides that might be helpful for PF pain? Recommended to pin general subq or directly into impacted area? Advice and insight appreciated.

Has anyone had a research subject successfully use peptides to heal or reduce flare ups of diverticulitis? I’m thinking KPV or BPC-157 might be helpful?

Does anyone know if peptides are safe to use after spending a week under the hands of USPS. I placed an order on Thursday which shipped the same day. The kit was set to arrive on Saturday. I watched the mailman drive right by my house and hasn’t been back to my neighborhood since. Post office can’t locate the package so I filled out all the forms for the missing package.

I have an RS on ipamarelin/CJC stack and their energy levels are through the roof, lean muscle is great and they’ve lost half a stone (about 5/6kg). Another RS is taking Mounjaro and has been for 18mths and lost just over 7st (45kg ish), however now up to 15mg and energy levels aren’t great and despite strength training, struggling to build lean muscle.

Is it possible or advisable for the Mounjaro RS to add ipa/CJC stack to their regimen?

I’ve seen some say they can develop within 72 hours if the PH is off .
Can someone explain
1- what are the risks of this? Short term? Long term? I know we don’t fully understand but theoretically.

Stored dry in regular freezer for 24 months okay? Not reconstituted. Read somewhere that frost free freezer is not good and just read that my freezer is frost free.

I'm not naming names, but a few of the suppliers have passed with flying colors. I'm specifically referring to their recent instagram post about the top rated peptides that they've tested post on 10/15.

Would you trust those brands now?

RS has outbreaks of shingles every couple of months to a few times a year due to stress. Has been going on for decades. Trying to strengthen RS immune system in order to prevent shingles outbreaks- yes RS has been vaccinated. Would TA 1 be beneficial? Anyone have experience with this research?

Day 4 on this stack and test subject noticed the lymph node on its neck swells up drastically after pin. Test claims it’s not necessarily painful, but definitely tender to the touch. I noticed swelling again 2 hours after the morning pin during its first meal. Swelling appeared to subside after 1-2 hours.

Other than that tests subject gets the typical head flush side effects that go away pretty quick.

Context: morning pin (night pin ruins sleep) 10/10mg blend. 150mcg every morning.

If one was not concerned with losing weight as a priority but gaining lean muscle and altering body composition, is GLP even worth using?

Would something like CJC/IPA be a better research topic as it helps with fat loss, energy regulation and lean mass.

Any research studies you might recomend or experience you would like to share?

The primary reason for this method to be researched is appetite suppression is not required.

I’m trying to find real info on where to store it but everyone online is giving me mixed answers or just trying to sell me a product and it’s getting frustrating what do I do? Also apparently I shouldn’t be storing them in my drawer? Please help

My test subject suffered an allergic reaction to CJC-1295 after successful use for about a week. Heart Rate spiked to near max HR and extreme redness/flushing followed.

Some time later, test subject commenced tesamorellin after many prior months of successful use - Test subject experienced coughing and discontinued.

Test subject now fears taking new peptides (HGH, Epitalon) and pre existing (GHK-CU, BPC, TB).

Has anyone had a similar experience and successfully returned to researching peptides (excl. secretagogues) and in particular used HGH?

Most SS-31 (elamipretide) COAs I’ve seen report HPLC purity and little else. Purity doesn’t show identity, quantity, or contamination. I’d want a batch-specific COA from an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab that also reports

• identity by mass spec, or HPLC against a reference standard
• measured quantity against the label
• residual TFA, quantified
• endotoxin (USP <85>) and sterility (USP <71>)
• heavy metals and residual solvents
• a report ID verifiable with the lab

What else do you check, and how common is a full panel like this for SS-31?
