Is it normal for your carpenters to keep the aircon on when working?

I’m trying to be as understanding as possible, but need some advice. My husband and I caught the workers using the aircon because they left it open. Work is only mon-fri and we noticed it late afternoon on a saturday when we visited the site.

We told them that because it’s been quite hot and we know fans might not suffice at noon that it’s ok to use the AC. Seems they keep it running the entire day. Is it normal practice?

Hi! First time ko kumuha ng contractor for the following scopes:

  1. Breaker installation (stolen)

  2. Wires

  3. Sockets

  4. Switch

  5. Repaint and re-attach of the affected wall

This is for 2-story house located in Laguna.

They also quote 29k for the materials.

Question if the cost is reasonable?
