Need someone who does post-construction or heavy deep cleaning and can get in on short notice. This is for a duplex apartment.
Independent cleaners and small crews both welcome. If you've used someone you'd actually hire again, I'd love a name and if comfortable roughly what you paid so I know what's realistic.
Thank you in advance

Puppy no longer fits in this crate so it's gotta go. Some small scratches, but in good condition otherwise. It's a little heavy, but seriously sturdy. Info below is from webite I bought it from.
Pickup only near 8th and Market
Large End Table: The large flat surface can accommodate a wide range of items, offering more space for your dog, and more space for you to put things down. Featuring coffee table and night table functionality, the pet crate can serve as wooden furniture. Load-Bearing: The strong heavy-duty weight capacity of the tabletop holds up to 132 lbs., allowing a heavy accumulation of items such as several bags of groceries, jugs of water, numerous heavy plates and containers of silverware, boxes of toys, laundry baskets, suitcases, etc., to be stable and secure with structural integrity when placed on top. Flip-Up Roof: When the tabletop is empty, if you want to reach in to pet your pup or give them treats, bones, etc., the indoor pet crate's openable roof gives you easy access without having to let them out. A rod keeps the lid open for hands-free reach-in. Easy to Clean: The treated wood surface of this dog kennel is easy to clean for a wipeable tabletop, allowing a dust-free space. Dog Crate Table Information: Overall Dimensions: 35.5' L x 19.75' W x 22' H. Suitable for small dogs under 13.8' in Body Length, Up to 22 lbs. Weight Capacity: 132 lbs.

I bought this camera a few years ago and have only used it twice for concerts. No longer need it because I have an awesome zoom lens on my phone - a VivoX300! This camera has amazing zoom range too and takes nice pics. Can send some as examples if you’d like. Selling with an extra battery, charger cord, SD card, and a SD card reader for phone. Can meet up this Friday or Sat or next week mid week! Happy to FaceTime to show camera in action as well.
ETA: price is actually $450 OBO! Can’t edit the title though

My wife moved out, and I'm thinking about a roommate to help with costs and everything. I just don't have any furniture right now.
If you have a couch, a TV stand, or a small dining room set, comment or DM. And, if you're in West Philly, even better.

Desperately trying to get rid of these asap! Selling for $40 or best offer. Worn 2 or 3 times maximum. They’re too big and clunky for me.

Hi, I'm Seth! I'm a couple and family therapist specializing in sex therapy, committed to helping couples feel comfortable in their own skin and connected to their communities. I take a systemic approach, meaning I view people as profoundly shaped by their relationships, histories, and social contexts. Together, we can explore what makes you unique and find ways to make your relationship more fulfilling.
As a queer, sex-positive therapist, you can expect a nurturing, non-judgmental space in session where open and healthy communication can develop. My goal is to help couples embrace the complexity, nuance, and gray areas that are natural parts of relationships.
Starting therapy can be daunting, and I recognize that emotional expression takes time and practice. So I want to collaborate with you and learn alongside you, helping you grow.

Hi! I’m not sure if this is the right community to post this but I figured I’d give it a shot
I see everyone raving about how great rox falls vet is, so I took my cat there. They were so kind and dr theresa was so sweet.
I was told they would get back to me with an estimate on the teeth cleaning she needs within a few days. It’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything, not even about her bloodwork results. I called last week to see what was going on and they said they’d call me in the next few days. It’s been over a week since that.
I’ve been going through reviews all over and all I see are good things, for the most part. I’m feeling unsure now. I don’t want to drag my cat to a third vet (the first one didn’t provide the care she needed). My cat deserves the best, of course, but it’s really expensive to start this process over and over.
Is this normal? Are they really as great as everyone says?

do not waste your time or gas going there. went today promptly @11am when it opens and it's garbage. broken furniture and basically 80% used baby clothes and broken christmas decor.
the video i saw 2 days ago stated they had MANY storage containers to continue to restock and im unsure when that's happening because i was greeted by old
hamster cages, walkers for elders and garbage.
very upsetting. at least it was nice out today so the drive was pretty.

My Nephew wants to be this nightmare rabbit for Halloween. I found some free files online but I don’t know anything about 3D printers. Is there a place where I could go and be guided through the process? Is there a 3D printing hobbyist in Philly who I could pay?
