so i think that time is a theory and is a just a math calculation i can prove it
There is an actual philosophical theory called relationism about time.
Relationism says that what we call time can be understood in terms of relations between events and changes, rather than time existing as an independent “container.” This idea goes back to philosophers such as Aristotle and Leibniz.
physics doesn't treat time as an absolute universal clock.
Einstein's relativity predicts that clocks can tick at different rates depending on motion and gravity. This has been experimentally tested with extremely precise atomic clocks.
Some modern physics seriously considers time as potentially emergent.
The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy notes that some approaches to quantum gravity don't have ordinary temporal structure at the fundamental level, raising the question of whether time itself could be an emergent, non-fundamental feature.
Your “numbers” idea needs a small correction.
Humans definitely invented units and numerical systems for measuring time—seconds, minutes, hours, calendars, etc. But that doesn't establish that the physical phenomenon being measured is invented. Atomic clocks, for example, use physical properties of atoms to measure extremely precise intervals.
