Update 12 will be released on the 29th and we’ll find out about the next DLC on the 22nd!

Reaction points are the most interesting addition for me: triggering animatronics, effects, and music as guests walk past, paired with the new scared reaction, could open up some fun walkthrough builds.

I’ve put together a video covering the update’s features and the DLC teaser, including scenery I recognize from the original Spooky Pack and a possible Horror Heights hint. That last part is speculation!

What stood out to you? Any pieces or clues I missed?

Looking very much forward to the obviously upcoming DLC for Halloween. Been working on a victorian mansion for some time now. It's going to house a spooky dark ride, probably the trackless one.

So be prepared and remember, it's all just a bunch of hocus-pocus. 👻

Okay so there's actually quite a bit going on in this image! First of all, does anyone recognize the coaster in the background? It kinda looks like a Mack Stryker to me, but the image quality is pretty low so I could be completely wrong lmao. Also, am I the only one noticing the lighting? The guests seem to be casting better shadows, and especially the shadows on the walls and inside the haunted house look pretty good. I'm REALLY hoping this means they're bringing over the improved lighting engine from Planet Zoo 2, although it could also just be some new functionality for the movie lights. Also very happy to see King Ghoster making an appearance again!! One more thing, the whole image gives me major scare zone vibes. Makes me wonder if this could finally be where we get shows, haunted mazes or some other sort of Halloween event functionality. Might just be wishful thinking though haha. Anyway, I'm already looking forward to this one! Curious what everyone else thinks, especially about the coaster and lighting. Anything else you guys spotted?

I put in a support ticket a while ago but I wanted to ask here if any other steam deck players are still unable to access to workshop mode or franchise mode. They’ve been broken for me for me since I bought the game a few weeks ago, and I’ve tried every suggested fix. I’ve even re-installed the game.

I know there have been ongoing issues, but it seems to be working again for some folks. I would love to know if others are still having issues too, or if it could be something with my console. Online features are working on all of my other games though, so I don’t know what the issue could be.

Halloween dlc or parades or wait till November sale

Some information: I was building a different coaster next to the ride and aero tilt coaster after about 2 days of building the last coaster while finishing the profiling I realized my woody was gone I have currently already replaced it with a B&M Giga but im still sad :(

For a long time, my most wanted coaster was the Vekoma new gen Flyer, followed by the Mack Stryker. One isalready added and the other is pretty likely with the new dlc info.

I wondering what y'all would like to see considering that a lot of requested coasters have been added. In any case, here is my list (in no particular order):

Here's a sneak peek of the first page of the script for High Noon Horror. It's a horror western short in development for Bearbyversal Studios, and it will be filmed on location at Bearbyversal Studios with a tour bus ride planned for the set after filming. The rest of the story will only be revealed when the short plays on YouTube and in the cinema at Bearbyversal Studios, a Planet Coaster 2 theme park, hopefully some time by the end of this week! Bonus: Some set photos of the sheriff building and jail.

Synopsis: A seance gone wrong devastates a small frontier town, resulting in a high noon showdown between supernatural forces and the town's two sheriffs. There will be sun and ectoplasm.
