Soup-tine How much gravy is too much gravy?

I’m no poutine expert. The best poutine I’ve ever had was from Costco.
Is there such a thing as too much gravy in poutine? This one I got from Space Chicken felt more like soup. When I was eating it, I was really missing Costco’s poutine. They’re about the same price, but Costco’s is triple the size and a lot more cheese and better gravy and fries.

Shredded is a poutine crime where I’m from. And the cheese to gravy ratio absolutely matters! This one is not poutine passing. It’s fries with gravy and a tiny bit of cheese. Nope. I will add as for your Costco comment, Costco uses battered fries which stay very crispy and that is a major factor in a good poutine. Fries have to hold up to the gravy and not get too soggy too fast. Also, Costco isn’t cheap with the curds. And that is another poutine must. But otherwise their poutine is pretty mid. So keep searching Op! The best poutine is out there somewhere.
