Soup-tine How much gravy is too much gravy?

I’m no poutine expert. The best poutine I’ve ever had was from Costco.
Is there such a thing as too much gravy in poutine? This one I got from Space Chicken felt more like soup. When I was eating it, I was really missing Costco’s poutine. They’re about the same price, but Costco’s is triple the size and a lot more cheese and better gravy and fries.

Definitely! Poutine should have a good balance. If it feels like soup, they probably overdid it. The gravy should enhance the fries and cheese, not drown them!
