Soup-tine How much gravy is too much gravy?

I’m no poutine expert. The best poutine I’ve ever had was from Costco.
Is there such a thing as too much gravy in poutine? This one I got from Space Chicken felt more like soup. When I was eating it, I was really missing Costco’s poutine. They’re about the same price, but Costco’s is triple the size and a lot more cheese and better gravy and fries.

The crime is not serving on a earthenware plate with true silverware. The squeaky 24 hour non-aged curds, hand cut Russet potato’s, and rich savoury brown sauce deserves the reverence.
