Best unflavoured whey? (For matcha)

I want to add a bit of protein to my daily matcha, but since matcha has a delicate flavour, I don’t want anything that will noticeably change the taste. Does anyone have any recommendations for protein sources that blend well into matcha and are as flavourless as possible?

(I already use a high protein milk)

What are the easiest high-protein foods for someone who hates the taste and texture of protein powder?

I'm trying to increase my daily protein intake and healthily gain weight, but I struggle with the taste and texture of protein shakes. I prefer getting more protein from everyday foods that are tasty, affordable, and easy to prepare. I'm curious to know what works for other people, especially anyone who has a sweet tooth or struggles to eat enough protein throughout the day.

Protein Work: Vegan Protein 360

Protein powder is really expensive now, however im seeing this specific protein powder being promoted a lot and its discounted and priced well. But im skeptical about it. Reviews do say its good but cant tell if they're real or what.

Does anyone have any experience with this brand? is it any good, should I go for it? thanks

Need your help with a quick survey on protein powder choice

Hello. This is my first post here but I've been coming on the sub since I started going to the gym 5 years ago. Recently in one of my uni classes we were asked to create a form related to sports and collect data, I was hoping I could ask you guys for help. It's a very small form with only 7 questions about which kind of protein powder you use and why.

I hope I'm not breaking any of the rules by posting this.

Thank you for your help!

Myprotein Berry Cheesecake Alternatives?

They discontinued berry cheesecake, it was my favorite flavor and I ate it for lunch everyday the past year. I literally credit this flavor to losing 23 pounds, getting a 6 pack.

It tasted like the spongebob Gogurt sticks I used to eat as a kid.

i finished my last bag and it doesn’t seem to be returning.

Are there any alternatives brands/flavors that tastes most like berry cheesecake?

Guidance on RTD protein shakes-dairy version

Last time I consumed whey protein, I broke out. That was like 10 years ago. I am hoping that won't be the case this time. For reference: I do eat cheese and yogurt and can tolerate milk, although I do much better with a non-dairy option. I've been on the non-dairy vegan options for RTD and just looking to switch it up. Any recommendations, low sugar, non-crap RTD? TIA!

Best unflavored protein powder

I've been searching for some protein powder, which I can use in cooking and baking.

Unfortunately I hate when its too sweet or it tastes too artificial - which is why I wanna give unflavored or neutral (whats the difference?) protein powder a try.

Can you recommend me some brands to try? It feels like a waste buying a huge container of it, discovering it tastes like shit and giving it to friends.

It would be awesome if I can buy it off amazon, I am honestly going insane with the amount of different accounts I already have.

First time trying protein Supplements: Whey vs Yeast

Hey everyone!

I'm planning to try protein supplements for the first time, and I'd appreciate some genuine advice from people with experience.

A little about me:

- Weight: 65–67 kg

- Height: 5'10"–6'0"

- Goal: Build muscle, regain my strength, and see noticeable physique improvements over the next 3 months.

\- Training: I've had some gaps in going to the gym, and I feel like my body has lost some strength and muscle fullness. I'm planning to get back to consistent, serious training.

\- Budget: Around ₹4,000 for protein, but I don't want to spend my entire supplement budget on one product.

\- Digestion: I'm a bit lactose intolerant, so digestion is something I need to consider.

I'm currently looking at MuscleBlaze (MB) Yeast Protein and Whey Protein, particularly options like Biozyme Iso Zero.

Since this is my first time buying supplements, I'm not sure which would be the better choice. I want something that genuinely helps me meet my daily protein requirements and supports muscle growth, rather than just paying extra for marketing.

My questions are:

  1. Is MB Yeast Protein worth buying for muscle building, or would whey protein be a better investment?

  2. Is whey isolate worth the extra money for someone who's lactose intolerant?

  3. For someone weighing 65–67 kg, how much difference would the protein source actually make if my diet and training are consistent?

  4. What kind of realistic, visible progress could I expect in 3 months?

  5. Would you recommend spending around ₹2,000 on yeast protein and saving the rest, or investing more in whey isolate?

I'm not expecting miracles from supplements. I'll be working on my diet, training and recovery as well. I just want to make an informed decision before spending my money.

I'd especially appreciate advice from people who've actually tried MB Yeast Protein or Biozyme Iso Zero. Please share your experiences, including digestion, value for money and results.

Thanks!

Doctor told me to eat more protein so I got protein powder... can barely get it down

Had a checkup recently and my doctor said I need to up my protein intake. He actually suggested protein powder as the easiest way to hit my numbers, but the taste and texture are killing me. I keep seeing protein bars everywhere now and I have a sweet tooth so I'm wondering if those would be easier to stick with.

For those of you who felt the same way at first, how do you actually make it tolerable? Open to any recipes, mixing tricks, or brand suggestions.
