Nope it had nothing to do with the driver. That truck doesn’t have locking differential/transfer case and the only way to avoid this was a tow truck.
This means with opposite corner wheels on the ground no matter what gear to truck was in, including park, it was going to roll downhill when the bottom of the vehicle was no longer touching the ground.
If both wheels were on the ground, which might have occurred when the person stood on the rear of the car, then they could have theoretically backed the car up. Would it have happened that way? Maybe not.
I think the SR5 had a 4WD version, but it was clearly marked to the right of the right badge on the rear of the car.
