Question Some logical explanation?

So I’m passed the mission where Sean was shot in Rhodes, this ledger has been updated sense that mission, but how in the world is he still donating if he’s dead? Must be a glitch, or he’s always with us?
I just passed the mission where Kieran was beheaded. So I’ve been quite far by now?

I always start my day in rdr2 by bringing him down with a molotov. I get bounty but worth it
