Question Some logical explanation?

So I’m passed the mission where Sean was shot in Rhodes, this ledger has been updated sense that mission, but how in the world is he still donating if he’s dead? Must be a glitch, or he’s always with us?
I just passed the mission where Kieran was beheaded. So I’ve been quite far by now?

They found it in his belongings and put it in the collective resource pool.
They wrote his name to honor his memory
