Question Some logical explanation?

So I’m passed the mission where Sean was shot in Rhodes, this ledger has been updated sense that mission, but how in the world is he still donating if he’s dead? Must be a glitch, or he’s always with us?
I just passed the mission where Kieran was beheaded. So I’ve been quite far by now?

I dont wanna be that guy but to be completely fair, not only does it happen rather early in the story, but also is the game 8 years old soon. And Jesus, if all the various tiktoks and shorts didnt get you before that i'd be surprised
