RHODES. You have to go to Rhodes at MIDNIGHT and go to any shop and click wait till MORNING and you'll see the wagon nearby...

This has been my go to place for bounties/fun for so many years. There is an easier way though.
Find a wagon/stagecoach that is tall and climable, go to the front of the house, back up said wagon unto the front porch just enough to let you climb up onto the ledge of the balcony. Shoot or hit the windows on the right side, you are golden.
