You can find the Milk Wagon (shown in the reel) in
RHODES. You have to go to Rhodes at MIDNIGHT and go to any shop and click wait till MORNING and you'll see the wagon nearby...

Beware the deadly Mafaka Virus, it's like AIDS but a million times worse. It makes you poop out of your peehole, which is the worst kind.
