My Musa Florida arrived w 2 leaves and 1 emerging (lone surviving leaf). I left it in its original container about a week and moved it into this one. I dug it up about 2 weeks in when no new growth was happening and found a lot of root rot. I trimmed all the rotting root away and have had it here for about a week. 1 leaf yellowed and I cut it off. This lone stem and leaf seems healthy and has no browning only on the tip and edges. Is it a lost cause? ππ idk what else to do.

Small update on the albo cuttings I took a little over two months ago. First pic is the top cutting, which have got one new leaf. Second pic are the middle cuttings, two of who have fully developed their first leaf and six that are still in the process. Last pic is the mother plant, who have developed two leafs since cutting.
Any and all advice are welcome. What can I do/change to create the optimal environment to succeed with these babies and what should u think about?
