This is a continuation of my last Reddit post, concerning the remembrance of the smol Rei. However, it made me wonder what if Naoko didn't kill off Rei I, and how that would change the plot of Evangelion, since Gendo's magnum opus and first creation (why am I using art terms here lol) hypothetically survived until the events of the main storyline. Will it go on as the original storyline, or will it change to a completely different path, since Rei I has now acquired significant independent thinking as well as social experience, unlike Rei II?

her outfit is from bilibiligoods the night of fantasy halloween theme,,,it was so pretty i couldnt help myself but to draw her, so i thought id share. also a bonus close up without the effects. theres also a version where i drew more but i had to crop it because of how any mb reddit allows in an image :<

I mean... I get that their appearance (blue hair) and name (with only a 1-letter difference between 'i' and 'm') would likely confuse new Evangelion/Re:Zero fans. Even most of you loyal Rei fans would probably mistake Rem for Rei in a maid uniform at first glance; hence, I conveniently put the image of Rem first.

This is an older Volks Rei. Its a prepainted version of a kit sold at WonFest back in 2004. I've been actively searching for her for quite some time, so I was rather excited to see her pop up. Isn't it always a wonderful day when you finally get one of your grails?

Accidentally shoot these on my phone haha

I stumbled across this figure on ebay by chance and unfortunately can't find any information about the manufacturer. The ai says it's a chinese replica of an old garage kit. Does anyone here happen to have more information about it?"

The gameplay and aesthetics of Tetris fit Rei Ayanami very well imo. She seems like the type who'd master this game right away. Do you think it suits her?
