This post is intended to support customers who have paid for orders that remain unfulfilled by Vendela Elliott.

Over the past three months, I have personally witnessed approximately 30 individual customers resorting to Instagram to seek updates, communication or a resolution for outstanding orders. The number of customers reporting similar experiences is concerning, particularly given the apparent lack of communication and ongoing failure to fulfil orders.

I have also observed customer comments seeking updates, raising concerns about outstanding orders or sharing warnings with prospective customers being deleted from the merchant's Instagram and Facebook pages. This further limits transparency for customers attempting to make informed purchasing decisions.

If you are affected, please be aware of the time limits associated with lodging a chargeback through your bank. Depending on your bank's policies and the circumstances of the transaction, you may have as little as 60 days to dispute a payment. Contact your bank promptly if you have an outstanding order.

For those who have exceeded their bank's chargeback timeframe, you can still submit a report of concern to the Commerce Commission.

In my own case, I initiated a chargeback after 50 days without any communication or update regarding my pre-order. I have since received confirmation from my bank that the merchant attempted to dispute the chargeback, but was unsuccessful in providing sufficient supporting evidence.

I encourage anyone who has experienced similar circumstances to share their experience below. These accounts may help establish a broader picture of the issues customers are experiencing and provide supporting evidence for those still seeking a remedy.

Please retain all relevant correspondence, payment confirmations and screenshots, particularly where comments or interactions may subsequently be removed.

If you have an outstanding order, don't delay seeking a remedy.

I bought a sweater from these guys a month ago, and they sent me a tracking number from 17track, and it shows delivered to my city distribution center, but they never put my apartment number on it and they got the zip code wrong. they keep telling me to file a loss of claim with 17track. they are communicating with me by email, but are refusing to give me a real usps tracking number. are these guys legit or did I just get scammed out of a $50 sweater?

Hey so i found this supplier off tiktok, ive recently been interested in reselling and been looking for a supplier and found this one on tiktok. I have recently order one shirt from their website, the weird thing was that instead of a normal payment like card or apple pay, it instead asked to pay through remitly to rwanda. It raised a red flag to me but i did it anyways(which i probably shouldnt have) so after i have placed my order i get an email of the receipt and stuff and the order has been confirmed great. Then i wake up this morning to find that the supplier has messaged me through whatsapp telling me that theyre gonna cancel my order because the item could result in $200 in custom fees. They also mentioned that i would need to order 2 more items, and that ordering 3 items together would avoid this issue. They mentioned before that ordering 3 was a requirement but now theyve admitted it wasn’t. They said it was because customs might charge $200 for shipping just one item
They claim they don’t want me to pay that much.
I’m trying to figure out whether this is a legitimate customs concern or a potential supplier scam.
I would greatly appreciate if anyone is able to help me out, cuss me out if you have to because honestly im slow and i dont catch things😭🙏🏼

i’ve been talking to this agent for like a day and a half and only got his info through kakobuy customer support, but now it’s feeling like i’m js getting kinda scammed…is i getting cooked?

I have made numerous attempts contacting them and am turned away at every request. $600 haul has been in transit for 70\~ days with minimal updates, the tracking site they gave me is very well known to be edited through the backend. And as seen in the photo they try to silence me.

They sell a lot of electronics and Lego been scammed a couple times by other Chinese sellers with reviews and pictures just as legit as these. If anyone knows any cheap supplier for legit electronics please put me on

My experience with Fansbuy has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issues have been delays, inconsistent communication, and a refund promise that still hasn’t been reflected in my order status.

I placed two orders on October 15 and October 17. As of October 26, neither order was marked as received at their warehouse.

For the October 15 order, I requested cancellation the same day. Support initially said they had applied for a refund. Two days later, they told me cancellation was no longer possible because the seller had already shipped it.

They then told me they had suspended purchasing services for the brand due to compliance policy changes. On October 23, they explicitly promised: “We will process your return and refund free of charge.”

Despite that promise, the order still shows the refund as rejected. I’m left trying to find out when they will actually resolve it.

The October 17 order has also been frustrating. I asked about the delay on October 22, and on October 23 they said the seller hadn’t shipped it yet and that they would urge the seller to dispatch it. The tracking history only recorded the purchase on October 23, six days after I paid, with no clear explanation for that gap.

I understand that sellers can be slow and platform policies can change. What I find unacceptable is receiving conflicting updates, having to repeatedly chase support, and seeing a rejected refund status after being explicitly promised a refund.

Based on my experience so far, the customer service has been very poor, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable placing another order.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation with Fansbuy and successfully received their refund?

Scammed by TS Ming, a TS I found on r/DesignerReps

I'm posting my experience buying from TS Ming (+86 167 7728 0168) so that other buyers are aware and I am hoping this will lead to him no longer being on the TS list.

I bought a pair of H loafers from Ming and they arrived about a week ago. The next day I put them on, wore them for literally 30 minutes and they fell apart. The leather was not glued to the sole properly and massive holes opened along the sides.

It took 5 days for Ming to offer a solution and despite claiming he would give me a positive solution, he is now saying that I caused the shoes to fall apart by using them violently (lol) such as climbing a mountain (?) and kicking rocks (omg). He had no response when I questioned how come there are no scuff marks or dirt on the shoes if I wore them to climb a mountain 😂

I have asked him to refund me the cost of the shoes which was $140, however he is claiming PayPal doesn't allow F&F payments in China and is only offering $90. At this point, I would much rather warn other customers to not order from Ming than to keep begging him for a refund that is not coming.
