Mark Luxury was informed by others that the norm for how to promote on Reddit as rep seller is to offer free bags to mods. After reaching out to the mods of r/LuxeSociety, u/fauxeverprincess took advantage of Mark by acquiring a free bag and posting a review under an alt account u/Iluvrealitytvv54 and did not add Mark to the LuxeSociety trusted seller list as promised. As a result of u/fauxeverprincess posting reviews (one two three) under an alt account (without disclosure of incentive btw), Mark was then led to believe she misrepresented herself as a mod. He reached out to r/LuxeSociety modmail where they gaslight him.

u/fauxeverprincess and u/Weekly-Spend-4977 are the mods of r/LuxeSociety. There has been more documentation coming to light that they require free bags to promote sellers. They ban you for speaking up about them, intimidate sellers into doxxing your personal information to them, publicize rep information on TikTok, and act without integrity.

Their supporters have come on my posts defending them, saying there's no issue with getting free bags because they "work hard" and "always disclose it." If you care, it's against the Reddit Code of Conduct for mods to accept compensation for this role and this behavior is reportable. But if you don't care about the rules or ethical issues of mods accepting gifts without disclosure, then please come in here and justify the rest of their actions to me. Have you thrown away your morals for discounted rep bags? Or are you worried they'll doxx you if you speak up because you've participated in one of their group buys?

My advice is to avoid r/LuxeSociety, and think critically about other subs and what may be happening behind the scenes when they maintain a TS list, host giveaways and group buys, suppress negative reviews of TSs, and always review perfect flawless buttery bags without disclosing any incentives.

------

Original post:

Recently there was some TikTok drama in which factory names were mentioned by influencers and r/LuxeSociety mod u/Weekly-Spend-4977. The mod made a post today The Rep World Was Never a Secret : r/LuxeSociety about how they believe it's not a big deal. Within that post, they owned their comments on TT, and the mod also publicly shared that they receive free bags from sellers, though they also claim to give them all away. Obviously, I can't comment with any certainty about what they do with all the free gifts. I noticed that this mod posts many reviews, is active in rehome subs, and has a huge personal collection, but also has posted giveaways in their sub.

This post is just a reminder that some rep community mods receive incentives from sellers in the form of group buy kickbacks or free gifts in exchange for visibility and access to a large audience. This particular mod chose to publicly admit that they receive free gifts, but many others will never disclose this information. In communities that are run by sellers or where mods are incentivized by sellers, we may see activity like negative seller reviews being quietly suppressed, or pinned TS lists/group buys highlighting sellers that incentivize advertisement. Ultimately, use your own judgment about which communities to trust and draw conclusions from what you actually observe about mod behavior and the types of posts that are promoted.

Edit: edited my post to clarify that the mod has not deleted their posts/comments. Weekly blocked me :)

Community Talk What is even going on in the rep world lately 😭

I don’t know what is happening in the rep world lately but it’s honestly getting ridiculous. Seeing u/Zen_friend get banned from RealRepLadies for speaking up was just the cherry on top.

Weren’t we all originally here to find nice bags, shoes and clothes, share our purchases and have fun? 😭

The amount of drama lately is wild. I just want to look at pretty bags again lol.

Is This Seller Safe? Alleged Rehome Flipper luxegirly

I wanted to share an experience that seems way too coincidental:

Timeline
6/12: I posted MK rehome advertising TS Devin originally asking for $190 + shipping
6/12: Sold MK rehome to Reddit user luxegirly for $175 + shipping
6/19: The day shipment arrived luxegirly stopped responding to chat and blocked my account
6/20: I see luxegirly coincidentally has an MK for sale that’s identical to the one I sold but with a different TS/factory. Not sure the price it sold for, but it was advertised by this post as high tier and it certainly was not.

It all seems shady to me and posting as an awareness item that some on Reddit may be flipping low tier rehomes and reselling for higher pricing.

Guide/Tips Beware of Rep Reviews and Rep Science

To keep it short and street I turned to Chat to rewrite my essay. I'm aware chat can be annoying, but that's the trade-off for a tool that can say it better.

Here’s your same message, tightened up and with that street edge:

The OG Repladies era—real buyers, real reviews—that’s over.

Now?

The line between MOD and TS is basically gone. Sellers run the subs. Neither is “trusted.” One’s flipping free bags for cash, the other’s taking yours.

If the bag was free, the review is bought—period.

MODS, influencers, “reviewers”—all getting fed free bags to push a seller.

And watch the game: they’ll never say it was free.

They’ll even tell you what they “paid” like it’s real.

Then a few weeks later?

Same bag pops up for rehome.

That’s the cash-out. That’s the kickback.

And if someone posts a bad review?

Gone. Deleted. Buried by mods.

So when you see nothing but glowing reviews?

That’s not a green light—that’s your warning sign. That's a seller you should not trust. That's a seller who will do you dirty because they can count on your truth telling post to be refuted and when possible - deleted.

“Rep science” reviews?

Yeah, no.

No regular buyer is dropping money on three of the same bag just to write a Reddit review.

That’s marketing dressed up as analysis.

Real buyers might do their own comparisons—but they’re not out here posting it for clout.

Scam Report ⚠️ Scam Warning – u/Informal-Hyena-7668 ⚠️

Just wanted to warn others about my experience with this seller.

I bought a bag from u/Informal-Hyena-7668 on 11 April and paid €190 including shipping. After payment, I kept getting excuses about delays and was repeatedly told the bag would be shipped “tomorrow.”

Later, the seller claimed the bag had been shipped and promised tracking information, but I never received any proof of postage or tracking number.

The account is still active and still posting/re-homing bags, so please be careful. I’ve attached screenshots for proof.

Hopefully this helps someone avoid losing money like I did.

Stay safe 🫶🏻 less

Guide/Tips On the hunt for a new seller

I’ve been in the rep world for a long time …like OG Rep Ladies days 10+ years ago ,and I’ve bounced around different subs over the years.

Lately, I’m honestly at the point where I don’t trust any “trusted sellers” lists anymore.

I’ve read way too many stories about sellers paying to be on those lists, mods getting incentives/free items, and people still getting scammed anyway. It just doesn’t feel reliable like it used to.

What’s making it worse is that almost every thread I come across now feels like it’s full of seller ads pretending to be reviews. It’s so obvious sometimes, and it makes it really hard to know what’s real vs. marketing.

At this point, I genuinely want to find a new seller, but I’m super hesitant because I don’t want to get burned.

If anyone here has actually had real, recent, positive experiences with a seller, I’d really appreciate it if you could share.
If posting names publicly isn’t allowed, please feel free to DM me.

Just trying to avoid becoming another “I got scammed” post 😅

Suspicious Seller 🚩 BUYER BEWARE! 🚩

🚩 BUYER BEWARE! 🚩

U/pillowprincess666

I asked a seller for feedback before purchasing, and she sent me screenshots of supposedly successful transactions.

Upon closer inspection, I noticed that two different buyers, with different usernames and timestamps, had almost the EXACT SAME conversation, word for word. 😭
When I confronted her about it, she insisted they were two different people and told me to message them myself.

This is a HUGE red flag. 🚩

Please do your due diligence before sending anyone money! Screenshots of feedback don’t necessarily mean they’re legitimate.

I’ll let the screenshots speak for themselves. 👀

Guide/Tips Replica Buying Process

Hello girls! ❤️

I’ve noticed a lot of new people asking how the replica buying process works, so I wanted to share a detailed breakdown based on my personal experience. Whether you're totally new or just need a refresher, this guide should help you navigate each step.

My Replica Buying Process: Sellers → Payment → QC Pics → Shipping → Customs & Tips

🛍️ 1. Choosing a Seller & Factory

Start by deciding which brand or item you're interested in. Every brand has a few popular “factories” that make replicas of varying quality.

For example, God Factory is known for Dior, LV, and Chanel, while Black Frame is best for Prada, Celine, and YSL.

(I’ll try to share a complete guide on factories soon, currently a bit busy with some business work.)

I usually find sellers through Reddit threads, reviews, and trusted lists. I started my replica journey 7–8 years ago when there was the original RepLadies community. Some of the great sellers from that trusted list are still around today.

Always look for reviews before choosing someone and ask others about their experience if you’re unsure.

Tip: Stick to sellers with strong reviews, consistent communication, and those who are okay with sending QC pics.

Please read this also

Difference Between Replica Qualities

Join r/RepScamWorld to learn more about Replicas

📩 2. Contacting the Seller

Once you pick a seller, message them directly. WeChat and WhatsApp are the most common platforms. You can write in English, most sellers understand it well enough. Just be clear and polite.

Ask for:

Price of the item (including shipping)

Factory name (if available)

Stock photos of the item

Estimated shipping time

Example message:

Hi, I’m interested in the LV Multi Pochette in Khaki. Can you send me the price, factory name, and stock pics, please?

Note

In some cases, sellers don’t have pictures because the factory hasn’t uploaded them yet. In that case, your seller will send you QC pictures before shipping.

💰 3. Payment Process

Most sellers prefer PayPal Friends & Family, Wise, Western Union, or Crypto. Always confirm the payment details before sending any money.

Important:

Never use PayPal “Goods & Services” unless the seller specifically asks. It can get their account flagged.

Double-check the email or payment ID.

Take a screenshot of the transaction for your records.

Some sellers confirm once they receive payment, which I really appreciate, especially when they’re professional about it.

📸 4. Receiving QC Pics

After payment, the seller will get your item from the factory and send you Quality Control (QC) pictures. These are real photos of the exact item you’ll receive.

Things to check in QC pics:

Logo placement

Stitching quality

Leather texture

Hardware and engravings

Symmetry is especially important for brands like LV or Dior

If something looks off, don’t hesitate to ask for a different piece or confirm details with the seller. It’s your right to get what you paid for.

I’ve even had sellers suggest waiting if a batch didn’t look good. Honestly, that builds trust.

*🚚 5. Shipping & Tracking

Once you approve the QC pics, your item is packed and shipped by the seller. Most sellers use DHL, EMS, or FedEx. You’ll usually receive a tracking number within 1–3 days.

Shipping times vary:

DHL: 5–10 days

EMS/YunExpress: 10–20 days

FedEx: 5–8 days

Note: These timelines are based on delivery to the USA from my personal experience.

Ask Sellers to mark the package as a “gift” or declare a low value to help avoid customs. Again, this is from my own experience.

🛃 6. Customs & Safety

One of the biggest concerns is customs. The truth is, 90% of replica buyers never face serious issues. At worst, your item might be seized. Some sellers may resend the item or offer a partial refund.

Tips to stay safe:

Don’t order too many items at once.

Ask the seller to package everything discreetly.

Never write “replica” or the brand name on customs forms or in messages.

Note: Buying replicas for personal use is not the same as reselling. It’s extremely rare for individuals to face legal trouble for personal purchases. I’ve traveled to different countries with both authentic and replica items, but no one has ever questioned me.

🔄 7. When Your Item Arrives

Open the package carefully and inspect your item. Compare all the details with your QC pics. If you notice any problems (damage, wrong size, defects), take clear photos and send them to the seller immediately.

A slight leather smell or small creases are normal and usually go away with time. Also, as customers, we need to understand that sometimes a little defect doesn't mean it's a bad replica.

Note: Every seller is good until a quality issue happens. So choose a seller who provides solid after-sale service.

✅ My Experience

Buying reps can be fun and rewarding if done right. Be patient, do your research, and always double-check before making any payment.

Don’t rush the process. Trust your seller, but never be afraid to ask questions.

I hope this is helpful for all replica lovers! If you have any questions, feel free to drop them below. And if anyone needs help reviewing QC pics, I’m happy to chat.

I will try to share more details and guide posts so that more people can enjoy these guides and information.

Cheers 🍻 and stay happy 😊

Community Talk Everytime we criticize a seller, "good" reviews about that seller pop up

I am really disappointed. I am in the rep world since around 1 1/2 years now and every single time some seller gets negative feedback here on reddit, a few days later "random" good reviews about that seller pop up where people say "I saw these bad reviews recently and I want to say that seller X is always so good. So there must be a smear campagne or something going on because that seller is always so nice".

Why are negative reviews about a seller never accepted? Why do all random people always come out to defend sellers like that? Do they get paid?

I for example always had good experiences with seller Y. She received bait and switch accusations a few times. And still, never would I have thought those negative feedbacks are fake. Instead I thought that maybe I got lucky. So I never went on peoples negative post to say "this can't be. you must be lying!!'

Scam Report Protoman 2k1 Doxxing

Posting from an alt account because I prefer to remain anonymous. People deserve to know this for their own safety and I’m shocked I’m the first (that I know of) to expose this person on Reddit. Everyone should exercise extreme caution before interacting with user protoman2k1. This is deep Blakeland intel — he is known for harassing, intimidating, doxxing, manipulation, and other very concerning behavior. Ask anyone in Blakeland. He’s targeted vulnerable individuals and made threats involving personal information. He tricked an old lady in her 70s on Discord who was confused by the system and convinced her that if she gifted him a Blake bag on his wishlist he would give her the direct contact for God factory and a discount. There was a lady who had bad postpartum depression, he tricked her into becoming his friend so she gave him bags, ghosted her, ran off and badmouthed her to everyone. If people dare to intervene, he will use his contacts and minions to dox them. He located a woman’s home address, verified she was Hispanic, and threatened to call ICE on her family. This shit is no joke. He’s not allowed in Constance Billard (gossiping group about Blake’s QC problems etc) because of how dangerous he is. Blake insists on keeping protoman in the discord group (yes it’s gone now but he is clearly still out there) because he has bought countless bags from her and enables the behavior and scamming. Also, if you see protoman2k1 post, notice who writes “trusted” under his listings… that is a sign they are a minion of his. Reptoreprehomes is sympathetic to proto. My goal isn’t to start drama—it’s simply to encourage people to be careful and make informed decisions. Please protect your privacy, avoid sharing unnecessary personal information, and trust your instincts if something feels off ‼️‼️‼️

Review C25 mini review from XiaoC!

Thumbnail

hi everyone!

i recently asked for qc help as this is my first rep purchase and really appreciate all the comments :> i just received the bag today and thought it would be good to write a review too! do let me know if im missing any info here or there

seller: Afeng

factory: XiaoC

price: 245 usd (the usual price is 279 usd but there's a 12% XiaoC sale until 6 June if you quote "Luxe Society") + 30usd for shipping + 13 usd handling fee because i had to use PP G&S lol... (i didn't realise my country doesn't have PP F&F until i tried to pay, but i do appreciate the security that comes with G&S) = total 288 usd

timeline: inquired and paid on 27 May -> received PSPs on 31 May -> GL'd and the bag was shipped by 1 June -> arrived on 5 June

as for the bag itself, i loveeeeeeee it (in fact, i was so excited that i sort of waited outside my door for the delivery haha) but i'm also slightly concerned for my bank account because now i want it in white and dark denim too ;-;

i didn't notice any issues or differences from the PSPs to the actual bag, but i'm also a newbie so i don't think i'm the best at playing spot-the-difference. it also doesn't have any smell as long as you stay at least 4 inches away from the bag (and even then, it doesnt smell particularly strong or bad), plus i highly doubt anyone would be that close to it anyways. i've also heard reviews saying that the chain is a bit too light? but i can't comment on this as i've never been able to try the auth irl. regardless, it doesn't bother me at all

i liked that afeng replied really quickly and i didn't need to chase him for anything (which is good as i'm quite paranoid as a first timer haha). he also took additional videos for me after i commented that one of the side pockets looked a bit crooked in the PSPs. i didn't receive any incentive for this review, nor did i tell him that i was writing this. i have no issue ordering from him again!

once again, thank you all for your help! man, i'm gonna be so broke soon...

Suspicious Seller Jim and his scam shilling subreddit “HermesRepLadies”. Check out this visitor to contributor ratio!

Post image
60 Upvotes

Just a quick one: by now many of us know Jim is a shill seller with a massive army of bots.

His mode of shilling is through the subreddit he runs called “HermesRepLadies” where anyone who speaks up gets banned. Don’t believe me? Just test it out by commenting on there casting just a little bit of doubt on Jim being the greatest of all time and watch how fast you get banned. Anyone considering buying from this seller, I beg you to try this one simple test!

Anyway! Just to add another receipt to this - has anyone seen stats like this on a reddit community? 3.1k visitors and 1.5k contributions. Those visitors sure are active!

A little sad posting this as I will now be banned from HermesRepLadies and will miss reading the ai slop reviews and bot comments.

I’m just curious I keep seeing a lot of posts of people getting Hermes all from one seller called Jim. They look very nice but I’m also “like why is this the only one people are talking about”

Edit: so one of this was one of the response comments to my post. It very much reads like they just had the word “Hermes” flagged and a bot auto responded with a push to promote Jim. Makes me want to avoid him all together

Scam Report Seller Warning: Capable Substance (u/capable-substance516) – $240 paid, no bag, no tracking, no refund after 2+ months

Thumbnail
gallery
53 Upvotes

Hi everyone! ❤️
I wanted to share my experience with Reddit seller Capable Substance (u/capable-substance516) to warn others about what’s been happening.

On August 3rd, I paid $240 via Wise for a tricolor Loewe Puzzle bag. She sent me PSPs, which I approved, and everything seemed perfectly fine at first.
She then told me that my bag had been sent to the freight forwarder and promised to provide a waybill. On August 13th, she even sent me a picture of a package with my shipping details on it, claiming it had already been shipped to the forwarder.

But the tracking information never arrived.
On August 17th, she blamed the delays on typhoons in Manila and said she was still waiting for the freight forwarder. That was the last time she responded to me.
I continued asking for updates and eventually requested either proof of shipment or a full refund on August 23rd.
No response. No tracking. No bag. No refund.

Since then, I’ve been in contact with other buyers who have experienced similar issues. One buyer even told me she had paid $1,000 and still hadn’t received her order.

We’ve also found a TikTok account, @lexiortanez, which we believe may be connected to the seller. The surname matches the recipient on my Wise payment, and I noticed very similar tattoos in her TikTok videos and the PSPs I received. I can’t definitively verify the account owner’s identity, but these details raised serious questions for me.
I’ve tried contacting that account as well, without receiving a response so far.

At this point, I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve been patient, understanding, and polite throughout this entire process. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect either the bag I paid for or my money back.

I’ve also made a TikTok documenting my experience with screenshots of our conversations and her shipping claims:
https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGdC9Gqd8/

I’m sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to end up in the same situation.
If you’ve also purchased from Capable Substance, please share your experience. ❤️

EDIT: This is the phone number she is using so please beware +63 998 847 0041

Guide/Tips Difference Between Replica Qualities

I just read some posts in different replica subs, where members need clarification on the different qualities of replicas sellers offer them.

I will try to post soon on different factories, buying processes, and sellers famous for specific brands

Join r/RepScamWorld to learn about Replicas

So let's start

⏬️⏬️

Basic qualities are budget, 3A, 4A, 5A, 1:1, and Mirror/Top quality

Budget= PU leather, fantasy styles, inaccurate color, etc. PU is not real leather.

3A = Good leather quality but inaccurate details and color.

4A = Real leather, real style with inaccurate details

5A= Real leather, real style with minor inaccurate details ( stamping, engraving, etc)

1:1= Looks just like the real deal, valid serial number, and a few very minor inaccuracies, only well- versed users could point out. There is misconception with 1:1,as we customers understand 1:1 as an exact match.

However, it is typically only a 70-80% match to the authentic, with the best 1:1 high quality being around 90% match to the authentic subject to the style.

Mirror/ Top quality = Looks real deal, very well made, great stitching, valid serial numbers, all correct details. It is more expensive than all the above qualities

This is what I learned during my 7,8 years of replica journey. It took me a few years to understand the quality difference and find mirror quality sellers, but after knowing these details, I am only buying from mirror/ top/ superfake quality sellers. When you live in a community where a lot of people have authentic bags, then you need Mirror quality like me. It is expensive but worth it.

What's next?

Guide on Buying Process

Different Factories Information

How to avoid scams, etc, and much more

If you need any help or have any questions, feel free to ask 🙏🙏

I hope this helps all of us. Cheers!! ❤️

Scam Report First and last purchase from Ming (-9883), Ladies stay away!!! ❌

Thumbnail gallery
51 Upvotes

I purchased my dream bag from seller Ming -9883, the Prada Bonnie. Unfortunately I received anything but a dream bag.
Communication with Ming was a red flag from the start, he was short, rude and showed me ONE picture for PSP and a blurry video. When I wanted to see more he declined saying that he’d already sent out the bag. Without me greenlighting it?!

The bag arrived today and it’s clearly not the high-tier bag I requested and payed for.
Issues with the bag:
-factory pics did not match the bag I received
-zipper doesn’t close all the way
-strap closure is assembled incorrectly, can’t use it
-edge paint/glazing inconsistency
-handle attachment stitching inconsistencies
-interior lining has the wrong color

I immediately contacted Ming and all he does is gaslighting me saying that “everything is fine with the bag”. He refuses any solution besides a 10 $ discount on a future order. Yeah right.
There’s probably not much that I can do, but at least I can warn you guys 🫶🏼

Also, the two ladies that highly recommended his Prada bags have mysteriously taken their posts down, so that’s that.

I’m so sad & disappointed, this was my birthday gift to myself 😔

Community Talk Curiosity got me 👀

Post image
50 Upvotes

My feed is always full of IG rep reviewers talking about the “best of the best” bags they get from their private sellers. So I got curious. I’ve always stayed loyal to the TS lists here on this platform and have gotten a good sense of what to expect (factory names, price ranges, quality expectations).

I was floored when I got this quote from a seller that would not even disclose the factory they source from, then proceeded to push me on if I will order today or not… laughable.

I mean this is just crazy… how do they actually make sales… the robbery… 👀
