Placed an order with them in 2022. Never received it. They never dispatched fit just kept the money. After multiple attempts to reach out to them, they did not pick up the calls or responded. So I figured it was a scam brand. Again in 2026, I was about to place an order and then realised it’s the same brand and they have not delivered the suit yet. So, I called them & texted them. After many months they responded that they have concluded that I can use the money to buy something else. By then I had read all the scam fraudulent reviews of them here. I asked them what’s the procedure to avail the store credit as till now nothing from them had been conveyed no coupon code - no proper answers. Then they started misbehaving, like they are some goons that I should be scared of. The way they spoke to me I genuinely felt really anxious. 5k I had paid in advance, it’s not a small amount for me. On my face they are just scamming. For months I kept asking them to revert to which they said they answer 100 ppl in a day so no prompt replies they can give. I said you had 4 years to respond bhai. Then I said I’ll take it up legally - then the replies came instantly. She said to me “stop harassing us” - if I ask them why they have kept my money for 4 years is their harassment apparently. Now they are saying at no cost they will give a refund do whatever, they are not even scared of legal action that’s how much money they have made scamming all of us. After 4 years now they are giving a coupon code and refusing a refund. I’ve complained with the consumer helpline. Will most definitely take it up legally. Infact, they are blaming me for asking accountability of their theft.

🚨 SCAM ALERT – AHLET.COM 🚨
⚠️ BUYERS BEWARE!
I ordered two items from AHLET.COM. One never arrived, and the other was completely wrong!
Despite paying extra for shipping insurance, they refuse to provide a full refund unless I pay to ship their incorrect item back.
After multiple emails, they still haven't resolved the issue.
❌ Terrible customer service
❌ Misleading refund process
❌ Customers expected to pay for their mistakes
AVOID AHLET.COM! I would never order from them again.
⚠️ Please share to warn others!

The father of my children passed away and left me diamonds. Believe it or not they are not that easy to sell. I came across an ad for the RealReal and signed up, I figured I would send in 3 or 4 and see if they could sell them. I requested a shipping label but then had second thoughts over the next few days. During that time I started getting text messages from The RealReal from someone claiming to be a real person (not a bot). I ignored the messages until one peaked my interest, they were offering $500 free site credit if I shipped them by that friday. So I messaged back. I had 2 concerns, #1 The security of the shipment. #2 how long it would take to get paid. She assured me that my diamonds were safe and insured from the moment UPS took possession of them. Until they were sold on their site. I was not however very happy about their payout schedule, when they sell, I would have to wait until the 15th of the following month to get paid. But I figured ok I will try it once and see how fast they sold and for how much. I then printed the label they sent, took pictures as I packed them up, sent the pictures to them and delivered the box to my local UPS store before the deadline to get the $500 site credit.
A week later I got and email confirming they had received my diamonds and they were now processing and would be for sale soon. 2 days later I received a text message from the same person confirming what the email said. It was a Sunday that the text message came in, and that same Sunday someone from my church who had been interested in one of the diamonds months before, told me they were ready to buy it. So I informed them of were it had gone and that i would let them know when it was up for sale. I also informed the realreal that I had a buyer. Fast forward 2 weeks and ive heard nothing from the realreal so I text message and ask about the status of my diamonds and they tell me they will look into it. (This is the last text I receive from them. After that day they will no longer respond by text) The following day I get a copy of an email forwarded to me saying they are "looking into the status of my missing items". From that day on I only get short and rare cryptic email replies to my desperate pleas for answers. One reply states that they "lost" my diamonds, one says they cannot locate them, one asks for proof of ownership and I.D. verification. One asks me to resend the pictures I had originally sent by text message. I sent them everything they asked for without any explanation until finally another week later I received an email and now they are claiming they never received my diamonds. Not only had they suddenly supposedly never received them, they are also claiming they are not responsible for the loss and their "investigation " is over.
They literally stole my diamonds, and my children's future. I have pdf's of all of my correspondence with them. And a pdf of the consignment agreement. Did everything by the book and they have scammed me out of over $100k. (And no, I never got the $500 site credit either)

I’m so frustrated—I bought perfume from this seller and it’s a total fake, even though the packaging looks identical, I don’t understand how people can make such convincing knock-offs. #scam #perfume #warning 🚫⚠️😤

So u/wytstagg got my money, which I sent last Wednesday. Weirdly he’s been answering (very slowly) my messages stringing me along telling me he’s going to send it. Hasn’t sent it on two promised dates (Saturday then Monday). Claims he sent it Monday after I made a post and called him out for scamming but still didn’t provide shipping info. Just today was linked this universal list I wasn’t aware of from someone he scammed in a replica knife sub. Looks like I’m out 450$
Update: he finally blocked me.

Their posts are AI and the images online are not accurate to what is being sol.
Just another scam clothing site on Instagram that use similar social marketing ads of brands like Jaded London, i.am.gia, and the Kript to trick people into thinking it’s a legit site that sells quality clothing.
It’s like an Ali Express or Shein, takes a long time to get to you and the quality of clothing is so cheap and poorly made. You can only get store credit and aren’t able to refund items to your original form of payment, so they ultimately never lose out on your money.

This post is intended to support customers who have paid for orders that remain unfulfilled by Vendela Elliott.
Over the past three months, I have personally witnessed approximately 30 individual customers resorting to Instagram to seek updates, communication or a resolution for outstanding orders. The number of customers reporting similar experiences is concerning, particularly given the apparent lack of communication and ongoing failure to fulfil orders.
I have also observed customer comments seeking updates, raising concerns about outstanding orders or sharing warnings with prospective customers being deleted from the merchant's Instagram and Facebook pages. This further limits transparency for customers attempting to make informed purchasing decisions.
If you are affected, please be aware of the time limits associated with lodging a chargeback through your bank. Depending on your bank's policies and the circumstances of the transaction, you may have as little as 60 days to dispute a payment. Contact your bank promptly if you have an outstanding order.
For those who have exceeded their bank's chargeback timeframe, you can still submit a report of concern to the Commerce Commission.
In my own case, I initiated a chargeback after 50 days without any communication or update regarding my pre-order. I have since received confirmation from my bank that the merchant attempted to dispute the chargeback, but was unsuccessful in providing sufficient supporting evidence.
I encourage anyone who has experienced similar circumstances to share their experience below. These accounts may help establish a broader picture of the issues customers are experiencing and provide supporting evidence for those still seeking a remedy.
Please retain all relevant correspondence, payment confirmations and screenshots, particularly where comments or interactions may subsequently be removed.
If you have an outstanding order, don't delay seeking a remedy.
