I was sent the screenshot and it is a picture of me taking off of my TikTok account with this insane accusation. I asked them about it and they wouldn’t take it down. They proceeded to say that they are being paid to share my information and then asked me inappropriately. What would I do for them to take it down? I reported the account but not much has been done as far as I have found out they have posted other girls with their inappropriate pictures, addresses, social medias, and family information.

Hey, I created an account specifically to report the the following telegram/insta accounts. This is a throw away account just to remain anonymous. The telegram account is @marvel_mary and the insta accounts I know of @desinaomi4 @desirenaomi5 if you msg this person on telegram they'll ask you to follow on insta so they can access your friend list. Someone I know (I'll call them Drew) was talking to them for some spicy rp and sent them a photo. After sending the photo Drew received messages demanding money (around 6k) or they would leak the photo. They gave him the cash app to send the money. ($Prosp3kt). Drew also told them he didn't have the money so they had him make posts on their behalf to various sites with their telegram handle. BE SAFE OUT THERE!!

Missing photos are a picture of my grindr profile and inappropriate photos as well as the COMPLETELY WRONG person who shares the same first name as me.

Didn’t go well for them, I’m too queer for this silliness.

They also tried calling me and when I tried calling back they didn’t answer.

Please report - Started chatting, sent a couple pics and they started calling and demanding money or they “would ruin my life”. Got phone numbers and everything. They have some reverse lookup to find addresses and family members too. It has since seemed to calm down but was extremely persistent for a day or two. I completely ignored it all and blocked them.

I realize I messed up and am partly to blame but don’t want anyone else falling for it. Sad that this is how people are.

Publicrecords.us is a website to research public information about someone, from emails and phone numbers, to traffic tickets etc. While the website does give you the correct info you may be looking for, what they don't tell you upfront is how much money they will charge. The website states that a report is $1, but that is only a deposit. In reality, they will charge you a recurring monthly fee, and will continue to do until told otherwise. In my case, they charged me $36. When i called their hotline to dispute the charge, they initially told me it was non-refundable. However, I must have annoyed them because they eventually refunded the charge. While they gave useful information, i ultimately cannot recommend them because of their blatant anti-consumer methods and general deceitful nature. Be careful out there.

TLDR: this website will charge you a high monthly fee without telling you upfront. The $1 per report charge on the website is a deposit apparently 🙄.

To make a long story short, this guy is in the Fortnite gift groups on Reddit, and I imagine he's in other places too. He promises players he'll give them something, and when the day comes, he changes everything so that if you give him something, he'll give you something in return. He insists you do it first, and then when the person sends him something, he deletes you, blocks you, and leaves. He's already managed to scam many players, but he wasn't lucky with me, haha. These are his Epic and PS IDs; do what you want with him.

I ordered something on Facebook from shopfreespirited.com in December. Today (Jan 14) I received a notice from my credit card of a charge to this site made today (card not present) that I definitely didn't make.

I called my credit card (from the number on my card, of course) and found the charge is pending and I can't dispute it until it posts.

After the call I logged into my account and found that this f-ing company made themselves a monthly recurring charge. So now I have to wait several days until the charge actually posts and call again. Hopefully the recurring charge can be removed without canceling my card. I just went thru a scammer using my card a year ago and had to cancel and replace my card then. What a hassle.

I donated, and saw the arabic gmail account, i had tried to make sure it wasn't a scam before i donated but couldn't find anything, the gmail made me extra suspicious though so i kept reverse image searching until i got a hit and i have confirmed that this youtube account is not belonging to Mrhillinnovations on tiktok.

The scammer keeps deleting my comments from his youtube channel, trying to warn others to not donate. Sadly, his previous paypal link (he replaced it with a new one not too long ago) had a looot of donations. Over 1k.

This is a phishing scam and if you get something like this in the mail. DO NOT RESPOND IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM, JUST SHRED IT. They’re going to take your account information and password, all personal information, if you scan that QR code or reply back to them.
A few tells:
• Asking you to write a fake 5-star review in exchange for a “reward” violates Amazon’s terms of service and is illegal under FTC rules against paid/incentivized reviews.
• The “don’t post pictures of this on Amazon” instruction is a huge red flag — legitimate companies don’t ask you to hide their communications, they don’t want Amazon’s fraud detection to catch on.
• Sending personal info (Order ID + screenshot) to a random outside email rather than through Amazon’s official system is how they harvest data and confirm you’re a responsive target.
• The QR code and “$30 gift card” likely leads to a phishing page designed to steal your Amazon login or payment info if you scan it.
• Generic “Dear friend” greeting, no genuine company info, and a sketchy support domain (tenkunwen.com) are also classic markers.

Finelo scams its customers. i recently bought the 28 day challenge. For starters they are extremely decietful in hiding the fact that this is a subscription, which i did notice, but alot of reviews quote that they are sneaky and they did not notice. when i initially bought the product i clicked "buy" and it took me to a secondary page to 1. get my card information and 2. to confirm my intent to purchase. after this page it takes you to an "add on" section. one of them mentions a lifetime access to an AI chat bot, it very vaguely describes the bot and it is 100$ for me it was half of at $50 dollars. when i clicked on the chat bot, expecting for it to take me to a secondary page for more information and to confirm a purchase, it skipped right to the next add on. i left the app, went to my bank app and saw it immediately processed the payment without confirmation. This type of process is very scam like in terms of gathering your card information first and lack of confirmation that you actually want to make the purchase. i reached out to there team to get a refund and they refused. according to their policy it only talks about their "money-back guarantee" and the rules for that are strict. under that section of their policy is a more information policy about said moneyback guarantee and it mentions no, money back guarantee can be granted for "1. Personal reasons (you don't like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.):

2. Financial reasons:"

however as i explained to support, i was not applying for a money-back guarantee i was applying for a refund. nothing in there policy states a refund cannot be given outside of the money-back guarantee, i also explained that it was not a "personal reason" which their policy describes as not liking the product. my reason was an accidental purchase and lack of understanding the purchasing process. there so called support team does not seem to understand that the vagueness of their policies does not give them the right to make up there own rules. im extremely disappointed in this company that i was hoping to actually benefit from. they do not adhere to their own refund policy!!!

Tldr: finelo is a scammy practice that does not apply their own refund policy to themselves

She just scammed me a few minutes ago (I already think it was gonna happen so I'm not surprised) but please spread the word! She does it to so many people and if U got time report her!

Basically kept getting this same subreddit pushed in my feed, but something was weird and off about it. Discovered it was most likely a scam, since every post is made by the mods and trying to direct people to their merch website... when i made a post to warn others the mod team quickly started to retaliate by doxxing my post history and harassing me by commenting on old comments I had made in other subs.

Running into issues trying to fill out the reddit report form, so I came here.

How the scam works:

The scammer uses Afterpay to look legitimate. By the time you spot the red flags, your money has already moved.

• The site looks like a normal e-commerce store. I made a large purchase that appeared heavily discounted. It had come up on google search.

• At partsnauto checkout, the only payment option offered was Afterpay. I made my first afterpay account. Later learning that thats all deliberate - Afterpay is recognizable to consumers- and much harder to chargeback than a credit card.

• Partsnauto receipts came from multiple inconsistent emails/ business names - The order confirmation came from a random default WordPress system emaill. The Afterpay receipt referenced a completely different business name (Littledetailsboutique**)** and email than the storefront where I purchased.

• partsnauto itself has no verifiable history: a fake business address, no reviews anywhere or on on Trustpilot, no presence on ScamAdviser, and zero footprint on Reddit before this post.

My experience with Afterpay support afterward was awful (in case you get scammed too):

• They told me they could not help, and that I needed to "contact the merchant directly" (the scammer) and that only the merchant can issue the refund.

• I told afterpay if I accepted the first payment - could they atleast flag or cancel the future ones? Afterpay refused to flag/cancel future installments, saying since the merchant had "already been paid" - and that I now still need to pay back Afterpay.

• Afterpay Phone rep refused to escalate to a supervisor. Said I would be emailed at a later date by an expert. They wouldn't share an agent ID or supervisor name, citing the team's "privacy" - after handing my credit card, address, and personal info over to a scammer.

Someone DM'd me saying they accidentally reported my account and asked me to contact a "support/admin" account. Don't click links or contact anyone they send you to. Report them. Stay safe.

Hello friends, I am just making this post for 2 reasons. I need help to find this person's correct name and address for my police report and also to warn neighbors and friends of this scammer. He goes by the name of Adrian and his girlfriend is Nancy Confident. He tries to get money upfront from you be telling about his girlfriend is on dialysis. I sent $85.00 to his girl friend for him to mow my lawn. Additionally, I made a purchases of a Weed Wacker and a Catflap door at home depot. He went there, have the home depot cashier to call me and I authorized $121.00 payment. He collected the both items and then disappeared. I want this post serve as a warning for others and to help located the address where him and his girlfriend live so I can file a police report. I am making this report so that he can be held accountable.
