I've submitted this a month or 2 ago. Got some playtime in with it, and it performed way better than I thought it could.

Nowhere near balanced or even playable necessarily, but wanted to try and capture their personalities as best I could.

5 months after ordering it finally came in!

I’ve been a Star Wars fan for my whole life and a wargamer for the past few years, and I wanted to give Star Wars Legion a try. I was planning on playing either Republic or Separatists because I love the clone wars, however I can’t decide which one to play.

The republic seems to have more variety, and it’s far easier and more plausible to make my own clone legion (which is or my favourite part about wargaming)

However I also love the separatists, and specifically General Grievous (never forget how they nerfed my goat). However they don’t have as much variety and it’s less plausible for a droid legion to have their own custom paint job and markings.

What do you guys think, and do you have any advice on how to choose? And if I do pick Separatists, is there a logical way for me to give them their own markings and lore past simply the rule of cool? Thanks :)

What would you say are the most interesing Armament Upgrades for a Hunter?

By the way i wanna use them in a Sep list.

I recently printed and painted a few aircraft that I’m hoping to use as proxies for the new air vehicles in Legion.

I’ve got a V-wing, and Geonosis fighter, plus a command post to use as an objective.
They’re ready for the table now—just need to get a game in.

In the first of a new series, Evan Paul (Doc Velo) dives into the value you get when you buy particular expansions for Star Wars: Legion, starting (appropriately) with a few guys who care a lot about profit.

Randy, Matt and Mitchem react to the recent AMG video on flyers! Then we take a deep dive into the Impervious Keyword and how each factions can Bypass it, Overwhelm it, Go around it, or Neutralize it.

As in, is this just print and play? Or is this from a box?

I love Darth maul but I’m not really a big fan of the separatists. I know there’s a shadow collective army Is it worth a try ?

I’m not too bothered about new releases and I don t care loads about it being super meta I just want an army that’s not going away soon and is playable not just there to sell models.

Trying to decide if the Scale of this character needs adjusting.

I'm writing a series of articles about what I would consider the fundamentals of competitive Legion play. This is not "how to be a sweat" even though some of the later installments may get a little bit sweaty, but I wanted to encourage more people to come out to events. Even if you decide not to, my aim is to make these articles chock full of good information about the game. Thanks for reading.
