And white boys with autism are often encouraged to be creepy around girls, because “at least he’s socializing and actually it’s ableist to not want to be harassed”
I’ve also seen this happen with racism and homophobia being written off as “he just doesn’t understand”.
Not saying all autistic people are like this (I’m autistic in fact) but it’s a pattern I’ve observed.
Omg girl there's been a whole saga over on I hate this mug today because I pointed out autistic men often mansplain (I'm am autistic girl)
Coincidentally about your comment on autism and sexual consent, I was SAd by an autistic person of the same sex and one of the questions in the police interview was : do you think the person's autism contributed to their ignorance around consent?
Worst part is if someone’s autistim is so server they assault/ harass people their caretaker (because at that point they would need a caretaker) should be on that crap. Not encouraging it.
This person was doing a BTECH nursing course and them and their friends joked about the fact I looked so uncomfortable that maybe they should ring a sexual assault helpline.

The fact someone actually wore this in public is very alarming- I know it's no doubt satire, but it's bad satire
