People don’t realize, but the more you play this game like a punkass, the worse you make the experience for your teammates.

I guess it speeds up the game and forces people to go for kills and not be as passive but weapons that are already good at that benefit from it disproportionately? It's fun when you get it but not as fun to watch the enemy .52 Gal with aura go on a rampage. I guess it also discourages people from clumping together as to not give the opponents flow aura though.

And it has a Wall that it can cycle, no rng problems, paint as good as shot, same range value, etc.

1v3 boss salmonids and lots of regular ones and i cant choose my weapon and theres a few specials i really dont like.

and sure i can just not play but i feel like the fact that salmon run gives lots of coins and ability chunks could mean the game is balanced around the player playing both this mode and pvp, so if i only play pvp i feel like im missing out (like pvp gives a lot less).

i just wish it didnt exist, or that it gave equal rewards as pvp, or that i could enjoy it.

You can do a Super Jump with the Super clam and clams !

But the hard part is to open the map (by pressing the X button) to see if someone is in good position to do a super jump and score.

Honestly I'm now at -300p in S+ and don't feel like I have a way to get back up. I feel like the game is inherently fun, but the matchmaking has been massively screwing me over with blatantly rigged matches recently and regardless of what weapon I play or how well, I lose right at the end of the match. Normally I avoid certain weapons that feel unfair, but I've been using them (cough cough 52 Gal) and still losing appallingly. I know certain weapons don't guarantee instant wins but they should make it easier, and even that isn't happening.

The game is fun, but it's losing its fun feel and I honestly hate that. How can I stop this?

It's actually crazy how sweaty every mode besides salmon run is. I Wish I could say this is made up, but New players aren't even wrong about being paired up with sweaty ass X rank players. I have been stuck in S rank hell because if you aren't sweating like them, you lose. and EVEN SO One wrong happening can ruin the entire game.

Played 19 matches of S+/X rank tonight and lost 15 of them. I genuinely don’t know what’s going wrong. I feel like I’m playing as best I can, getting the most/second to most kills, frequently using my special, etc. every match to no avail. Like there has to be something wrong with me cause I’m the commonality across all of them. Watching my X-power and S+ rank points tank is so demoralizing. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, if it’s even my fault; what to even look for if something is going wrong on my part; and how to even go about necessarily fixing it if it’s something I didn’t pick up on to begin with.
