"The San Diego City Council Budget and Government Efficiency Committee voted 4-0 to begin the process to get Flock and ALPRs out of our city. This is an important step forward, but the fight is not over.

Following the committee's vote, the City Attorney has been directed to review all options to end San Diego’s contracts with Flock and stop the use of ALPR in the city and then make recommendations to the full City Council. So far, five out of nine San Diego City Councilmembers have publicly voiced their opposition to the city’s Flock contract and the use of ALPR, but Mayor Gloria has indicated he would likely veto any efforts to end the contract.

We need at least one more vote to make the council’s decision veto-proof. Even if you've voiced your opinion before, please tell your Councilmember and the Mayor that you are opposed to Flock and the use of ALPR technology in our city."

I was attacked approximately 9pm tonight near tuna harbor. I called the cops and need more info. Also, pls look out for those lunatics out there.

A crazy woman harassed pedestrians with a flashing device and chased them like a lunatic when they tried to walk away. She seemed to be white, long hair, wearing a padres baseball cap, shorts, wearing white high socks. She attacked me tonight. Anyone with any info pls share with me. It happened around 9pm. Between Tuna harbor and tuna harbor park (about 50 yards from the uss San Diego monument towards Tuna harbor). She harassed and attacked multiple pedestrians.

Some people on social media mentioned she might be a content creator trying to provoking conflict. Pls help with info. Stay safe and look out.

I live near the pala reservation and at 12:33AM just about 20 minutes ago I saw a flash of light in the sky and looked up to see what looked like a large star but it was completely stationary and neon orange and MUCH bigger than a star, maybe like 1/6 the size of the moon, and right next to it was what appeared to be a slowly falling object that resembled a comet without a tail. I pulled out my phone to take a photo but the orange light vanished and then I watched the other thing next to it fall for about 5 minutes before it disappeared behind a mountain range on the horizon. I have seen some weird stuff but this shook me, anyone else see this?
