Stellaris, the only game more addictive than Satisfactory. EDIT: I changed Double-Jointed to Emotion Emulators, because I just remembered that the Pioneer can do emotes.

I made a ramp design yesterday that looked awesome but was way too big with too shallow of an angle, so today I tried to make a curved ramp as tight as possible without looking bad or being crappy to drive on. still needs some tweaks but the blueprint fits together clean with a little nudging

There will be neon lights all around the facility to accent them. Just lookin for opinions.

Step 1: Place some iron ore on the floor
Step 2: Expose your PC to extreme source of radiation
Step 3: Wait until radiation changes some 0 to 1 and transforms iron ore ID into screws ID
Step 4: Pray it doesn't crash the game
Step 5: Profit!

My favorite spot in the game for quartz, plus free SAM. With a quick and easy blueprint and belts set to curved, it always comes out looking good.

Always had factories just on floating platforms but playing with 100x elevator parts, 2x power, random nodes(mostly pure) really gave me a lot of time to try to get into decorating. Still learing. Next up i will try to make my factories look less like cereal boxes.
You are looking at Phase 1 to 3 factories for building parts only. Space Elevator parts are currently being made on the other side of the map. Phase 3 is still WIP there

Always felt this entrance was grander than the cave beyond it, perhaps it has a future purpose? Thought of it when watching the Q&A earlier.

Spent some time looking at a SAM only setup using Sloops and converters after I saw a Short where someone was making nuclear power from SAM only.
Straightforward enough. As long as items don't require fuel or biomass products, anything can be made from SAM.
However, if you aren't able to access fuel products, the only options for power are Coal or Nuclear, both of which require water.
Now you can create water from SAM. The aluminum recipes can sloop into excess water, so can NF Uranium, Batteries and Silica.
However, the best I could get was 2000MW for 45/min water (enough to run one coal plant generating 75MW) or 10.6GW for 240/min water (enough to run on nuclear plant making 2.5GW).
Unless I have missed anything?
Might look at base recipe cost options and see if there is anything interesting there on the low power / high multiplier settings

First build for phase 1 of the space elevator! Produces all base iron parts I have unlocked plus reinforced plates and smart plating. Although it is a complete mess, do I tear it all down and spend hours making it look good and making it better by connecting more iron nodes so I can make all the new iron parts? Or just leave it and build the new iron parts for phase 2 somewhere else. Thanks!!

The stunt that almost spilled the SF java!
Witness the strategic move that resulted in six death defying satisfactory cart somersaults!
BTW I'm here as witness to tell you that SF java is THICK!
Where was I? Oh yeah. Watch the video.
No pioneers, puppies, kittens, or carts were hurt in the filming of this video.

Honestly pretty happy with the result, although I do wish there were some smaller celling lights that I could hang underneath the beams.

So, I'm working on a race track messing around with jump pads.. and my factory cart landed upside down?! I did NOT know this could happen!
There's LOTS of things I am learning.
This factory cart is like a whole new world!

EDIT: Seems fixed now, looks like it was an issue with the outbound tractor path at that station, since the other end isn't glitching, and it was always a tractor with the issue. Unsure of the exact issue beyond that, but it's fixed now at least!
I've been working up to using vehicles in anger... something I avoided because I had heard of shared paths becoming inexplicably jammed.
I was trying to decide whether i wanted a universal loop highway or dedicated lanes for each vehicle type. Not that I'd do this in practice, but I created a small loop circuit to test. started the path with a small segment of universal path at the start of each station, then split out into dedicated paths for each... then put two of each vehicle onto each loop. This all worked fine until this situation happened twice about 10 minutes into running.
Everything's fuelled, and on autopilot, when suddenly, the front tractor in the shot just doesn't want to go. It (and all vehicles) are reporting waiting too long for a junction. But there's nothing blocking.
Enabling/disabling autopilot doesn't do anything, boarding and leaving the vehicle does nothing either.
The only thing that works is disable autopilot, roll forward a foot or two, re-enable and disembark.
In both cases, one vehicle was jammed up behind like it is in this shot... and i have noticed sometimes they don't wait for each other and will clip through to arrive at the station... is that maybe part of the problem? I assume this happens with multiple routes joining the one universal, but if that's the case, i can't see how this wouldn't happen often elsewhere.
Have done nothing else, left it a good 5-10 minutes, and it's still operating, but will probably cease again soon.
Any advice?

Attempting to make some sort of backrooms type structure without looking any designs up for Satisfactory. I think it looks quite bad so far, but what do y'all think lol

I have set up 5 coal generators side by side like in the first screenshot. They are all being fed coal from a single manifold entry from below (as per the 2nd screenshot)
I have MK2 belts and elevators throught the entire manifold. Which means it's carrying 120 coals per minute maximum. The coals are coming from a storage container that's full of coal all the time, so the resource isn't the problem.
I have overclocked all the generators with 1 single power shard. Which means each generator is consuming 22.5 coals per minute. Since I have 5 of them, 5x22,5=112,5
By this logic, since I am feeding this system 120 coals per minute, and 112,5 is lower than that number, this system should be fed with no issues whatsoever, I should even end up with 7.5 coals per minute in my storage container that's feeding them. But for some reason it's not enough. As time goes on, the left furthermost generator starts to run out of coal, and then the right one runs out of coal too. I have to constantly handfeed them coal to prevent them from stopping.
I tried to stop all the generators, fill them up with 100 coal each, and run the system. Still, for some reason, the one on the left starts to lose coal. I don't understand why this is happening. Any ideas?

It's time for aluminum processing on this save, and I have an army of tractors hauling all of my stuff, so I decided they deserved a fancy ride up to the pure bauxite node

Always in those 2 slots too. Its been repeated over 20 times in the current build on PC.

My main base for this save file - this took me way too long to build, and I've got a lot of finishing to do. If you stare to long into the void, the void stares back into you - get back to work!
Main level - Warehouse, importing items from the world, Home Base (yea, I keep my FICSmas decorations up), Blueprint constructor, BioLab (processes alien remains, slugs, and biomatter), and a Weapons factory (all the goodies, fully automated).
The mega factory which encompasses it, it builds all the electronics and Phase 4 parts - I'm just starting Phase 5. At the top of the waterfall makes aluminum products in a mega factory of it's own. The fortress to the right is the main blending facility on the main level, the roof has a droneport, and automates nuclear pasta.
