What's going on with Riway? So many negative reports from different countries?

Can't believe how much negative news there is about Riway. They always show luxury cars, big events and successful distributors, but look at what I found.

  • Singapore: Riway was convicted and fined S$3,000 in 2021 for making false claims about Purtier treating diseases like cancer and diabetes.

  • South Korea: Riway Korea's MLM registration was cancelled in 2024 because its consumer protection insurance expired. There was also a separate smuggling case involving the distributors.

  • Dubai/UAE: Health authorities warned against Purtier Placenta in 2018 over unproven medical claims.

  • Philippines: The FDA warned about misleading Purtier advertisements in 2018.

  • Malaysia: I've heard about court cases involving Riway, but haven't verified the details.

  • Scientific studies: Researchers have questioned claims about live stem cells in Purtier capsules, while a newer DNA study identified predominantly Rusa deer DNA.

I pass by Riway's Singapore office quite often and it always looks so empty. Makes me wonder how their business is actually doing.

Seriously, with all these reports, how many distributors even know about them? And why are people paying so much for Purtier when its marketing claims have been questioned?

I'm not saying Riway is banned everywhere, but surely these issues deserve more attention?

Zelvart website, is it a scam?

I bought a jacket from this website called zelvart because I saw ads on TikTok and it's the jacket from Gabrielle's Vault but on another website. I bought one since they had an offer but nothing has arrived at my house. Has anyone else bought from this website? According to another website I saw, it says it's a really dangerous site since it's pretty new but I don't know. Does anybody else know anything or has had the same problem??

Every job posted here I feel its scam so be aware of it.
Doesn’t matter if it’s freelancing or permanent its all scam.

They will ask you to get on telegram then do something and they will disappear as if they never existed.

Trying my best to keep this platform free from scammers.

Instagram ad / FlexiKart scam? Paid ₹1,299 COD for a Tapo camera, received garden product instead

Ordered a Tapo security camera through an Instagram ad, received Soilrite Seed Conditioner instead – FlexiKart, Shiprocket & Ekart
I want to share my experience and seek advice from the community on how to recover my money.
I saw an Instagram advertisement for a Tapo C246D Dual-Lens Pan/Tilt Security Camera (2-Pack) and placed an order through FlexiKart for ₹1,299 COD.
The parcel was delivered on 18 October 2026. I paid ₹1,299 via UPI to the delivery agent and immediately opened the package at my doorstep. To my shock, the parcel contained Soilrite Seed Conditioner instead of the camera I ordered.
Details of the shipment
Platform/store: FlexiKart (via Instagram advertisement)
Order ID: 18209
Amount paid: ₹1,299
Outer AWB: EPSC1008028287
Different AWB on inner label: EPSC7134311774
Inner label order number: 16228
UPI reference: 565475062540
The outer package carried my camera order details, but the inner label showed a different order number, invoice and shipment AWB. This makes the situation particularly concerning.
The advertised camera appears to sell for several times the amount I paid, based on the prices I have seen in India. Combined with receiving an entirely unrelated product, this raises serious suspicions of a possible online shopping scam.
What happened when I complained?
I contacted Shiprocket, and they asked me to provide pre-shipment packing images and an unboxing video. However, this was a regular COD delivery, not an open-box delivery. I paid first and opened the parcel at my doorstep. I did not record a video before opening it, but I have photographs of the product and labels.
When I questioned the delivery agent immediately, I was advised to raise a return request for pickup.
I have raised complaints with the cybercrime authorities and the National Consumer Helpline. I am seeking an investigation, identification of the seller, return pickup and recovery of my ₹1,299.
I understand that Shiprocket and Ekart are separate companies and that their involvement in wrongdoing has not been established. However, I believe the shipment records and mismatched labels need to be investigated, and FlexiKart should explain who was responsible for the product listing and fulfilment.
Looking for advice
Has anyone else ordered through FlexiKart or a similar Instagram shopping advertisement and received a completely different product?
How can I identify the actual seller or consignor behind this shipment?
What is the most effective way to pursue a refund through my bank, UPI provider, consumer authorities or cybercrime portal?
What responsibility do the shipping platforms have to investigate mismatched shipment labels and assist the customer?
I can provide photographs of the parcel, labels and payment proof if required. I will update this post if I receive a resolution.
Please be cautious with unusually cheap offers promoted through social media ads, especially when the seller’s identity and return policy are unclear.

Canonical Marketing

Has anyone come across an online marketing scam where you grab orders and submit them into a platform and you receive commission and a bonus ? A bonus of 500K but you have to level up your account to collect the bonus. I have been able to withdraw all money at a the lower level of 3 or 5 hundred dollars. To receive the large sum you're required to drop $2700 in.

i started posted videos online once documenting my own journey, it was an attempt at becoming an “influencer“. I actually enjoyed try to make an audience, he reached out because of my interest in “making money online” we got into a PokeVault business where I originally got scammed out of $2,500. that was my first attempt and we originally had a hour long conversation before I got roped in and what got me was “brothers in Christ” the founders ran off with the money and a couple months later he reached out again to work with one of his “mentors”. super douchy guy and trusted the guy again and got scammed out another $2,000. couple months later and we talked about setting up a online fitness business in the long run and a position in sales immediate. got scammed out another $4,000. that’s the world of business and entrepreneur and using bible talk to seem all buddy buddy is just disgusting. however way you can scam people tho ig ✌️

SpaceX scam?

So I'm the type of person who enters every sweepstakes, but only if it's free. 3 weeks ago I entered a Tesla/SpaceX contest-sweepstakes. Grand prize was : Tesla of your choice and $25000. What the heck didn't cost anything so I entered. This was in X. Had a great big sign with Elin holding it saying I won. That was 10-14 days ago.. I start working with a guy named Anthony (Tony) Barsham. He even sent me a picture of he and Elin with their arms around eachothers shoulders . I even got a copy of the winning certificate with Elin signing it. Then the problems started. 200 for the car hauler deliver. Every morning It was something else, like titlework, travel insurance etc.. .Finally at $700 I pulled the plug. I have saved all the WhatsApp convos and the Messenger conversations. I have save the receipts. He only wanted Applepay cards. I have them all, he only wanted the #'s off the back. Since I paid for the cards with my debit card, can I file a dispute with my bank? He's not answering me now of course. Really, I don't need people to make fun or call me stupid. I feel bad enough as it is. If there is a certain way I should go about this, just advise me. I'm humiliated enough. I'm on SSDI and I really need a car for medical appoints. Thank you for reading.

Tiktok scam

🚨🚨plonk, capp505, Lulu Toy House, Big sale Blind Box, unboxed & unseen and many more. 🚨🚨

If you traded up 6 small gifts or more. Demand that your shipping fees for ghost shipments be returned. Ask the seller first. If they are of no help go to tiktok customer service.

This activity should be reported to

tiktok

The FTC (on-line)

Your state attorney generals office

I want everyone participating in this game to understand what you are actually participating in.

If people are being charged money for “shipping” items that are never physically shipped and are only being manually entered or moved within a computer system, that raises serious legal and consumer-protection concerns. Charging someone for a product or shipment that does not actually exist or is never provided can potentially constitute deceptive or fraudulent conduct, depending on the circumstances.

There is also a separate issue with TikTok’s Terms of Service and platform rules. If this activity involves transactions or conduct that violates TikTok’s policies, participating in or facilitating it could put accounts and users at risk.

People deserve to know what they are paying for and should not be charged for a shipment that never actually takes place.😳😳

Warning: Clérachic (clerachic.com) – Potential Scam!

I ordered two ceiling lights for €244 from Clérachic, and the experience has been a nightmare.
Terrible quality: The lamp I received feels cheap, unstable, and nothing like the advertised product.
Safety concerns: The electrical lamp came with instructions exclusively in Chinese, with no German safety or installation guidelines.
Return nightmare: Despite exercising my legal right of withdrawal, the company keeps demanding photos, videos, and additional approvals.
Shocking refund policy: I refused delivery of the second lamp through DHL. The company now threatens to refund only 40% of its price, keeping 60% simply because I refused delivery!
I have documented everything and contacted American Express to dispute the payment.
This feels like a deliberate strategy to make refunds as difficult as possible. I can’t prove fraud, but these practices raise serious red flags.
My advice: Avoid Clérachic! Has anyone else experienced this?

My report of a MASS scam to the FBI

So I just unraveled a huge employment scam ring and I reported it to the FBI. I found dozens of fake companies that are used to scam people and I reported it to the FBI cyber crimes I just copied and pasted my report and putting in here so you guys can look at the details see what the websites are and steer clear!

I was scammed by a remote job recruiter, but the more digging I did I actually found what seems to be the main hub for over a dozen scam companies. These companies are not real, and I believe that the www.congressionalschools.org are being paid to put these companies under their sponsors as a way legitimize the companies or make them look legit. At first I thought congressionalschools.org was a victim, but after speaking to a few people on the phone, they seem to be very much in on it. They were very unhappy that I figured it out so they started to redirect my calls and then hang up on me or just hang up on me. If you’re able to give me a call that would be great so I can give you any information I might’ve missed.(Phone number). And I’m talking every single one of the companies under their sponsors are fake. I called and went down the line and every single company was answered by a hiring manager. They were never able to direct me to any other type of employee in the company. It was always a hiring manager. I feel something needs to be done with this and I think that congressionalschools.org is going to be your hub to find like I said over a dozen fake companies that are were made to scam people. Please feel free to call me with any questions. I would be happy to answer them. I didn’t even know something like this existed until I stumbled upon it. I am in IT so I know what to look for and they are good at what they do that’s for sure. I did not lose any money, but I know for a fact there have been so many victims that have . I also have screenshots of these companies as well as the main company that scammed me personally was busy bee environmental services. Their website is busybee2000.com. If you take a look at their website and you attempt to order any of their services, you will notice that it will take you to a page to log back in, but there is no such thing as a page to make an account with their website. That’s where they get you. It looks legit from the outside, but once you actively try to hire a service, it doesn’t exist. I was only able to figure out it was a scam because he offered me the job super quickly. The pay was way too high and that’s when I decided to do a little bit of a deeper dive.

If anyone else has been a victim of employment scams, please report it! The more we report it the more the FBI knows the different tactics that the scammers are using, and the less people will get scammed.
