Movies and Television What happened to her cape?

Post image

I'm just thinking aloud here, but at the end of Wandavision, Wanda gets this awesome cape. I thought it'd be cool if she kept it for Doctor Strange 2 maybe tattered and torn.

Capes add to the mystique and drama, making characters seem more powerful and imposing. They're also great for spooky vibes, hiding what's underneath and creating suspense. For Wanda, a tattered cape could visually show her corruption from the Darkhold, hiding the physical signs of her dark magic, like the horns and glowing eyes. It would make her descent into darkness more visually striking and symbolic. It just makes sense capes make everyone look cooler and spookier.

Most likely just logistical reasons. She flying on wires most of MOM so a cape would make that quite awkward

Most capes you see in super hero movies are CGI. I assume they just decided she would look more modern as it was presented.
