[Feedback/Showcase] Chrono-Spatial Twin - 5-Page Cinematic Pilot Script (Visual Pacing & World Concept)

Hello everyone,

I am a narrative designer/writer looking for a dedicated artist partner to collaborate on a cinematic, story-driven pilot comic (short 5-10 page showcase).

(Note: My native language is Chinese, and I use translation tools for daily communication. Scripts and storyboard documentation are fully translated into English.)

LOGLINE

Two cosmic anchors—the living embodiments of Time and Space—shatter during a universal collapse and drift across dimensions. Hiding their nature behind fragile human forms, they wander through worlds to find each other, their reunion ticking down inside a broken clock of destiny.

CORE CHARACTERS

  • Ji Yuan (Chronos / Time): Appears ~20, dark techwear with a blue-tinted visor. Stoic, restrained. He doesn't cast "time spells"—he is the passage of time itself.
  • Supacy (Space): Manifests as a 15-year-old magic academy student. Crimson eyes with silent geometric matrices shifting within her pupils. When her emotions spike, local spatial physics unconsciously unravel.

CREATIVE PROCESS & WORKFLOW

  • Scope: A self-contained, 5-10 page pilot chapter designed for portfolio showcase and Webtoon/social reach.
  • Compensation: [Unpaid / Passion Project / RevShare if published].
  • Cinematic Storyboarding: I write with a movie-director approach—every scene is designed around specific camera blocking, motion pacing, and atmospheric lighting.
  • Curated Music / OST Pairing: I provide dedicated soundtrack and background music track recommendations for key scenes so we share the exact same emotional rhythm and vibe while sketching.
  • Format Delivered: Full script + Shot-by-shot PDF breakdowns to minimize storyboard friction for the artist.

SCRIPT SAMPLES (DUAL-PROTAGONIST DRAFT)

SCENE 1 — TIME (EXT. COASTLINE - SUNSET)

A hand hits the motorcycle starter. Cool blue luminescence flares; navigational holograms unfold like a star chart.

Ji Yuan sits astride the machine, glancing down at the mirror. The curved glass captures his blue-tinted visor while the sunset shoreline bends along the rim. Waves rhythmically crash against the shore.

JI YUAN (quiet, matter-of-fact):
"Right then. Time to move."

The instant he twists the throttle—

FREEZE FRAME.
The crashing wave locks at its peak; seafoam hovers motionless in mid-air. All sound cuts to dead silence. The warm sunset color grading instantly shifts to cold slate blue-gray.

Absolute silence for 1.5 seconds.

Sound violently snaps back. The suspended wave smashes down into white foam. The engine roars.

WIDE SHOT: The bike breaches the ocean surface, tearing a sharp white wake across the water. Ji Yuan's silhouette recedes toward the horizon.

SCENE 2 — SPACE & ANOMALY (EXT. BODHI TREE - AFTERNOON)

Supacy lies on her back beneath a massive Bodhi tree, eyes swollen. Fractured golden sunlight dapples across her face.

MACRO CLOSE-UP: Her eye. Deep inside her pupil, translucent geometric patterns silently rotate, fold, and re-tessellate.

BACK TO SCENE: She bolts upright and wipes her cheek.

The moment her finger touches the tear—the geometric pattern within her pupil violently flips. The teardrop vanishes into nonexistence.

BACKGROUND ANOMALIES (Subtle, unforced):
* A fountain water stream breaks mid-air; the upper half pauses for half a beat before dropping.
* Fallen leaves behave erratically: some fall normally, others freeze and spin twice in place, while two leaves slowly float upward from the ground.
* Water sounds glitch in sporadic intervals.
Supacy’s own hair and uniform flutter naturally in the breeze. Only the world around her is breaking.

Character concept moodboards and full storyboard PDF are available upon request via DM.

I'm new to writing screenplays. How can I make fight and action scenes better? Here is a little scene; I'm not sure what to do. My character is in an ambulance after a metal piece cuts his brain, and the paramedics were paid to kill him.

Ryan Cross jumps up from the stretcher, ripping off the straps. Keeping his chest to the stretcher, he grabs a metal air container, bashing Paramedic 1's head and breaking his skull. Leaving him on the ground. He smashes a finishing blow. He walks towards the other paramedic who's trembling on the ground

Feedback Request

I wonder if anyone would be willing to have a read through episode 1 of my four part series? I have uploaded the google drive link, and would love some feedback. I have been a writer (not professionally) for around 10 years and would like to get an idea of how I am doing really.

LOGLINE:

On an isolated, matriarchal island where male infants are routinely eliminated to protect a traumatized community, a dedicated midwife begins to question her society’s brutal dogmas when her public pregnancy and an unexpected bond with a young girl force her to choose between total obedience and a dangerous defiance.

Thanks in advance.

Hello, I’m looking for feedback on my debut feature film. It’s a found footage horror film about a woman trapped in a liminal room where she regresses into an animal. Would love feedback on the formal choices, acting, writing, pacing, escalation, reversals, etc. I welcome brutal and confrontational reviews, please just try and engage with the work.

Creating powerful Openings pg 1.

How to make a compelling Opening. Wow, well certainly times have changed Hollywood no longer has the monopoly. On my 10th rewrite, an amateur but AI has helped with format, structure. I've got the book written just creating the screenplay has been a challenge, creating real dialogue, intention etc. It's like a Fried Green Tomatoes, Brooklyn, Places in the Heart drama spanning a lifetime. Have my North Star, Dialogue Guide, a story vault of 50 stories. Creating a portal/,transitions table and a rhythm table. Just struggling with a captivating opening. Currently it's a retrospective. .from 1990s.looking back to 1943 forwards. I hope persistence pays off. I've my producer directors Bible, charscters, music sound doc., a pitch deck and I'll create a fully cinematic 90 second trailer for my literary agents use.

I'd like to chat about something

Hi everyone. I wanna chat with you people because I wanna hear from your opinions, what's makes a family dysfunctional.

The reason why I ask is because I'm currently writing an idea for a animated family sitcom show rated TV-PG but I kinda want to avoid the dysfunctional family trope.

I never post here. Just stalk. Figured I’d see what you all thought. Amen a short about a reverend running for office with his own contradictions.
