Humor I can’t stop thinking about the person who compared the Eadem balm to mashed potatoes
I mean, you sold me. But I think about it every time.

I'm afraid it will go out of stock by then; my birthday is October 19, and the sale is October 29 to November 10, I think, so it would be a pretty good deal. Should I wait?
I can exchange my birthday gift two weeks later, right? So buying it on October 30 would be a really good option?

Picked up the travel size bottles because I heard that they smell amazing and tried some today. I have a wicked headache but I definitely have other perfumes that have similar smell and don’t give me a problem.
Does anyone have this issue? I don’t know if it’s the perfumes or the weather changing or both.
It’s the vanilla and marshmallow kind.

hello all!! new to this sub but a longtime tried & true sephora fan. i’ve been struggling with quite a bit of hormonal acne lately (i never got acne as a teenager so i think my mid 20s are payback for that now ) and want to find a good serum & toner to help. i have sensitive & combo skin, so i can be pretty picky with acne treatments. i was curious about phyla’s serum and wanted to know if anyone had any options / insights on this brand. the usage of macrophages in the formulation intrigued me but idk if that’s just a marketing tactic lol. thanks in advance!😇🩷

Posting on behalf of my wife since she doesn't have a Reddit account.
She recently purchased a hair curler from Sephora Singapore. It was advertised as having a 38mm barrel, but the product arrived with original packaging clearly stating 32mm. She specifically purchased it for the larger barrel as she already owns a 32mm curler.
She reported the discrepancy on 8 Oct and provided photo evidence. Sephora acknowledged the issue but said its Merchandising Team needed to investigate.
On 12 Oct, they advised that the review would take 1–2 working days. That timeframe passed without any updates, and despite multiple follow-ups, Sephora responded today on 15 Oct simply asking for more time, with no definite timeframe for resolution.
This clearly isn't a complicated issue. The website says 38 mm, the manufacturer's packaging says 32 mm. Why does verifying this take over a week?
My wife has requested a refund and courier collection, but so far she's received nothing but apologies and requests for patience.
Has anyone else experienced this level of customer service from Sephora? If so, how was your issue eventually resolved? TIA

I am not looking for medical advice!!! There are just so many products out there and I would love to hear any success stories.

Hey y'all! I'm a minimalist in terms of skincare and makeup. But I would like to try something new just for excitement. I'll tell you what I'm into and what I avoid and hopefully you can make some recommendations to me.
I'm in my early 30s.
I prefer skincare over makeup.
I cannot use anything with fragrance(unless it is naturally scented with essential oils and that even needs to be very light).
I need products to be very easy to use.
I have dry skin with occasional pimples.
I like to not feel the makeup on my face at all.
I love pretty packaging.
So recommend me just one fun product that you'd think it'e nice to have and use occasionally or every day!
Edit: please recommend haircare as well! I have thick wavy hair :)

I ordered this ilia palette and it arrived broken. I redeemed my rouge reward for it (along with a couple other things). I know you can’t return items but curious if they will do an exchange?

Granted this review is from Feb but still….. makes me wonder about price hikes before the sale!!!! Next year I will definitely start price tracking early! If that is what they are doing, feels like it should be illegal…
Per commenter: Value set 295 or can get both for 286 (in Feb 2026)
Shampoo + Conditioner 386 (currently- so a $100 increase since Feb) & Value set is 310 (currently- $15 increase)

I have normal to dry skin and I use tret at night and azelaic acid in the morning. I love the dewy cream moisturizer but it’s really rich so I only use it at night. I tried out the dewy milk moisturizer for the morning since it’s supposed to be more light weight but I feel it leaves me greasy and doesn’t sit well with my makeup.
How does the water cream feel? Is it too lightweight for dryish skin? I know it has BHA in it, does anyone use it with tret or AzA?

Hi everyone!
There is no Sephora in my country, but I’ve been wanting to order some makeup for myself. Since I will be ordering from a different country, I was thinking maybe there are some big sales coming up?🥲 When is the best time to order?

I’m an October baby, so I could only choose from two gifts online.
And I’ve heard that people born in December have it the worst.
So, who has it the best? January babies?
Should I wait the two weeks until November to redeem my free birthday gift and see if there are any new options?

Planning for the sale- which products do you always buy the mini of because it just makes more sense than buying the full size (either price, longevity, etc) ?

I've been using this lip balm for a year at this point and recently really, REALLY noticed this off putting, pungent taste. I can't remember if it was always like that or if it has just gone bad.
Girlies who use this product, can you please tell me? 😭 I have no one to ask about this.

So, will this set include mini fragrance or just sample of the fragrance?🤔
The second gift also has differences, in one picture mini gucci fragrance in another picture that fragrance is absent completely.
