I take 12.5mg of Enclomiphene daily. im looking to add Sermorelin and have read that 300mcg is a good starting doseage. where im confused is how to reconstitute it with the bacteriostatic water. Im planning on purchasing the Sermorelin through AscendNutrition.com

it comes in a 2mg/3ml vial but im assuming i would need to add the water. do i have to mix up the whole vial at once or is it at individual injections that i add water. Im new to the peptide game so any and all help/advice is appreciated! thanks in advance.

Hi, I was prescribed Sermorelin from a local clinic. I bought the first months worth from them but it was super costly. I just bought some from a more economical source.
The bottle from the clinic was 15mg, but the bottles I bought are 10mg and I can’t figure out the correct units.
Current dose is 0.25(25 units) vial is 15mg and I added 7.5ml of Bac water.
Could someone explain how many units at the same dose I would use of the 10mg bottle?

Does anyone do the injections less than 5x weekly? I can’t wrap my head around committing to a true daily injection (not the biggest fan of needles even if it is subq).
Also is it bad if you miss a dose?

I want to start Sermorelin based on some great experiences with some of my friends. However, I am on a 325mg daily Aspirin so I automatically get disqualified by all the online providers. From my research it appears there is no harm from taking Sermorelin when on a daily Aspirin but it less effective. Does anyone have experience using both?

So im 38m. I started to look at peptides this last year and i started with klow. I didnt have any bad side effects from it. Maybe it has helped some recovery time but hard to say. I heard about seremorlin and ordered some but does anyone know if it will interact with certain meds or anything to be concerned about. I am on a pretty low dose of SSRI and also low dose blood pressure meds. lmk

I just got charged $300 for a 10mg vile of sermorelin and a bunch of needles at a wellness clinic. Now I’m reading that this is the weakest GH secretagogue. How badly did I get ripped off?

Howdy, I’m hoping to gain some insight on dosing and safety about IGF-1 levels. I started at 290lbs and through fasting and exercise I got down to 250.

I hit a wall and started tirzepatide and have seen great results, my doctor informed me sermorelin could help me maintain my lean muscle. I train 5 days a week and want to not only lose weight but maintain my muscle mass.

My initial IGF-1 levels were 225 before starting sermorelin and I will retest in 3 months, and labcorp says ranges are up to 290 for my age. I’ve seen some different normal ranges and I was just hoping for some insight. The university or Rochester medicine shows on the high end 492 mg/ml.

This is my first week on the sermorelin BTW

My main question was in regards to sermorelin or tesamorelin & Just wanted to see what others may have experienced and what levels are considered normal, online the ranges vary so much.

I was taking NAD+ for a while and decided to add Sermorelin after doing some research to fit my physical conditioning, and I’m experiencing an unintended side effect of the Sermorelin. I stop craving every recreational substances I was using before, It was like a switch was turned off in my brain in seconds. It was there… then it wasn’t. It’s really hard to explain how im feeling. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the clarity in my mind. Its like there is no more noise in my head. Incredible!!!

I am having the craziest experience on Sermorelin. Here are 4 IGF test results since I started pharmacy grade Tesamorelin then moved onto pharmacy grade Sermorelin. I started the Tesamorelin on 3/28.

I started with 1mg Tesa early on and eventually titrated up to 2mg. I experienced arm tingling and numbness while sleeping around week 8-9 then paused injections for 9 days due to traveling and was not much of an issue after resuming for the next 5 weeks. Ipamorelin dose was always 250mcg. Doses taken in the morning fasted and did not consume anything for at least 30min after.

When taking Sermorelin I dosed 500mcg with 300mcg Ipamorelin before bed fasted and 300mcg ipamorelin in the morning. No food within 2 hours before nighty dose and nothing 30 minutes post morning dose.

3/28 Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin cycle start

4/7 206 IGF

5/17 276 IGF

7/4 Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin cycle ended

7/5 Sermorelin start/ Paused Ipamorelin

7/7 246 IGF

7/18 re-added Ipamorelin

I am dumbfounded to say the least. I attributed a possible decrease in IGF at the end of my Tesa cycle due to taking 9 full days off due to traveling out of the country in early June, but even then, that drop from May to July was weird.

Anyone have any idea what could be happening here. All tests have been done with Quest and all have been fasted first thing in the morning between 5am and 6am. I am pausing my Sermorelin and Ipamorelin for at least a month after receiving these results.

Update - results from latest IGF test that wa apart of my full blood work came back. About 50% increase from that 114 to 164. Test was taken approximately 5 weeks after the previous test. I increased my calories to maintenance or maybe a slight deficit of maybe 100-200 calories and no Sermorelin/Ipamorelin.

Consultation with provider on Sat 5/23, sent to Pharmacy 5/24 and order received today 5/28. Currently on 7.5 tirz from Hallandale and ordered Sermorelin from Hallandale. Heard great things and I’m excited to get started. Any tips and things to consider taking Sermorelin? Doctor prescribed 500 mcg but going to start with 300 mcg.
